Vacation rentals in Lian

Booked last Oct4-5 then before checking out, we decided to extend our stay til Oct 6. It was very homey. We were able to relax and sleep well after a tiring day at EK. The host was very friendly and responsive. We already left the place when my friend realized that he left his watch. We were allowed to go back. To my relief, the host was there. She immediately checked the room upon informing her that we left something. 🥰 The guards were also nice. Recommended place to stay 💯

Ms. Edena is very responsive, even in the middle of the night 😅 (very helpful as I work graveyard) the place is very peaceful, everything is working. Pool is clean. We experienced a very short power outage and Had some wasp visitor on our first night but nonetheless everything’s almost perfect.

We'll never forget our stay in this unit - the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The unit was spotlessly clean and fresh, modern, and yet felt like a cozy home. We were impressed by the complete interior and the thoughtfulness of providing everything we needed, including drinking water, utensils, basic supplies, and cooking ware. The aesthetic vibe of the unit was delightful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The entire booking process, from initial inquiry to check-in and check-out, was seamless and well-handled by Ms. Tes, with assistance from Ms. Violy and Ms. Noemi. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have! We'd love to return and experience it again. Beautiful house, immaculately clean and well maintained and presented. I especially loved the wooden floors and art pieces. Area is interesting to walk around, but unfortunately pool and sports facilities except golf were closed due to holidays (would suggest to a host to disclose that upfront). Caretaker is lovely though would be nice if they could be reached on messaging apps (as we didn't have phone calls on our plan). The only small issue was that a local cat (pet?) pooped a few times in the garden and we had to clean that up. Otherwise, great stay.

Indeed, a million dollar view of Taal lake, Taal Volcano and some provinces of Batangas from Monika's unit. Comfy beds, and with fast wifi (very important! 😉). The best place accessible to groceries, convenient store, restaurants, a bar, coffee shops, massage/spa, and bank & ATM machines. Highly recommended. Will definitely love to book this place again..

My family and I had a wonderful time at Maria's place! Maria and JV were both very accommodating and welcoming from check-in to check-out! Maria was consistently responsive during our stay, which really made us feel taken care of. We brought our own food since we were informed that the place is a bit far from town, but we're so glad we also took the chance to try the food, prepared by JV, from their in-house restaurant! So good! The Airbnb itself was gorgeous, clean, and decorated so thoughtfully that even staying in still felt like we were making the most of our tropical getaway. Personally, the spacious, lovely kitchen was my favorite part haha. The beach was also just a short walk from the place, which was a big plus! During our stay, the shore was covered with seagrass, but it was expected as we arrived just after a storm has passed. There was still so much to enjoy at the beach, especially at dusk with its pinkish skies and serene, low tide. Wished we could've stayed longer!

The place is so tidy and spacious. Sobrang helpful ni ate Lala.. She helped us cook and buy foods and utensils that we need. She did above and beyond in customer service. Marerelax ka talaga. And this place is good for family/ barkada outing
