Το σπίτι είναι 135τμ και αποτελείται από:4 υπνοδωμάτια,σαλόνι κουζίνα ενιαίος χώρος με τζάκι,2 μπάνια και 2 μπαλκόνια.Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να ετοιμάσετε ένα πλήρες γεύμα(κουζίνα -ψυγείο-βραστήρας-τοστιέρα).Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 8 άτομα.Σε δωμάτιο δίκλινο με μπάνιο και ψυγείο υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αυτονομίας από το υπόλοιπο σπίτι. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the ontas and the living room with a fireplace. Upstairs there is one two-bed bedroom and one three-bed bedroom with fireplace. Each floor has its own bathroom. You are provided with all the comforts to cook or bake.

Στο εσωτερικό του υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια, με το ένα να είναι μάστερ με δικό του μπάνιο και ένα ακόμη μπάνιο στον επάνω όροφο, στον οποίο βρίσκονται και τα υπόλοιπα υπνοδωμάτια.
