Wonderful location and a fairy tale little Swedish cottage. All amenities are on site and Jolita is super responsive and friendly. We used the rowing boat down by the river and caught 4 pikes :-) One tip for future guests: Caution is advised if you're taller than 1m70 Mind your head in the house ;-)

When you enter the cottage, you feel right at home. It is so lovingly, cozy and thoughtful; has everything you need, even a small private terrace overlooking the forest and the chickens. Simply great. Walks through the forest and to the lake can be started from the property. Ann and Johnny are just as great. Super friendly, helpful and communicative. It couldn't be better. Thank you for the wonderful time in your cabin and the nice conversations. Oh, there's also a funny Labrador and 2 cats. 😊

I really enjoyed staying at Peter's house. The place if perfect if you look for a calm and relaxing place in the middle of Swedish nature. A tranquil and cozy retreat in the forest, with a great and very interesting host. I enjoyed meditating and taking walks without any disturbance, as well as doing trips into nature, nearby towns, forest, the sea and Göteborg. Obviously this isn't a 5 star luxury apartment. No, it is better, because here you'll find the true luxury of peace, calm and pristine nature.

"We had a wonderful stay at Gunnar and Karin's charming cottage while visiting the Gekås shopping mall. The compact space comfortably accommodated the four of us, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and reliable internet with Apple TV. The only minor issue was the slow draining in the bath area, which required us to time our showers, but it was manageable. The scenic and peaceful location near nature reserves was perfect for relaxing walks, and we loved the tranquility it offered. Gunnar was exceptionally kind, meeting us late in the evening to facilitate check-in and show us around. His responsiveness and care made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we highly recommend this cozy retreat for anyone looking to explore the area.
