House vacation rentals in Li Punti

Wonderful hide away in lovingly decorated old cottage. Garden and outdoor space are lovely and private. The pool (shared) is a huge luxury. The rooms are nice and clean. The kitchenette is equipped with the basics but also not much more, so if you want to cook with all the delicacies from the region, it is a bit improvising blown. But that goes well with the great local products. Host is super friendly and attentive. Recommended!

Wonderful secluded stone house for those who love peace and quiet. We were hosted very well and despite a small water problem during the stay, Valeria and her husband were very responsive and we made sure that the water returned to this little corner of paradise. The place is very well equipped toaster, oven, dishwasher..., everything to have a good time. I would recommend this peaceful place a short walk from the cliffs. We had a great time with my whole family. Top barbecue, waking up with the noise of nature. I couldn't have dreamed better.

Very good communication with the hosts, which makes you feel cared for and you don't have to worry about anything, David told us about the neighborhood, welcomed us at home, prepared the shopping for the first breakfast because we arrived in the morning. The home is amazing, well-maintained, and reflects the character of the city. We felt like we were on a true carefree Italian vacation! I recommend!

We had a lovely stay. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets were all within minutes of the property. We were 4 adults and a teenager and there was plenty of space for us all. The garden and pool area were absolutely fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We spent 15 days at Gian Petro and Valeria's house. That was really great. The house has everything you need for the holidays. The garden is nice. Animals nearby are a real plus for the kids. A car is essential to get to the house, and travel through Sardinia. The hosts are very nice and very responsive. The house is much nicer than the photos, the decoration has been changed and it's very nice. We highly recommend it. Thank you for hosting us. See you soon 👋🏻

Residence and beautiful setting, close to nature, most beautiful sunset in Sardinia 10 minutes away (Li Cossi), Natalia was very nice and very responsive. Recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Stefano's house. The place was clean, spacious and everything necessary was available. The house is very quiet, idyllic and located slightly above, with a great view of the sea. Ideal for us as a family with a toddler and dog. The pool was great and was also cleaned in between. Communication with Stefanos co-gasteber Amandine was very friendly, flexible and easy. Would recommend at any time!

A little piece of heaven, exceptional view, quiet and a stone's throw from very cute little coves. In addition, Franscesca and Christian are available hosts and offer good advice. We can't wait to go back to their home for an upcoming trip to Sardinia.

We stayed in Giovanna's cottage for a week. The location with a view directly to the sea is wonderful! The cottage is also equipped with everything you need. The rooms and two bathrooms are very comfortable and were spotless. The kitchen is a bit small, but equipped with everything you need and so also tip-top. Communication with Giovanna was very easy and everything worked out great. We highly recommend the place!

We stayed at Ugo's place as a family. The location close to the cliffs offers great views. The relatively small house was very clean. A car should definitely be there, otherwise you can't reach immediate villages with shopping or restaurants. The location is optimal for excursions to the north or northwest.

Quiet accommodation, with magnificent views. The patio is beautiful The place is a little dark, but it must be nice in the summer when it's hot. (it was early April). For the outings (bar, restaurants...) you will have to drive a little, especially before Passover where everything is closed. on the other hand there are beautiful beaches all around. Eleonara and her mom are very welcoming.

Very nice stay in Sardinia at Silvio's, very clean house, very well equipped and matches the photos. Silvio is responsive, friendly and flexible on check-in and checkout times. The beaches are very beautiful ( about 45 minutes by car) but especially crowded in August , plan to arrive before 10 a.m. Otherwise, there are also plenty of tours to do, Sassari, Alghero, Castelsardo, Nuraghes, and Romanesque churches.

Highly recommended place!! Agostino and his wife Alba are fantastic people, initially immediately after the friendly welcome, they recommended us where to go, what to visit and what to do, in the evening when we returned from the excursions we never missed a greeting for a beer or two friendly chats. The experience was definitely unique for the place it deserves a lot, (on one side even overlooking the sea) but much more for the friendship that the homeowners give you without asking for anything in return. As someoneelse wrote in a review before me, we arrived as tourists, we went to Friends. We will definitely be back to enjoying this apartment and its wonderful owners!

A charming house in an incredible setting, lost in nature, but well-equipped. We spent 4 very pleasant days, close to the beaches of Stintino, Alghero, the beaches and in a beautiful setting. We spent a small week with family ( 2 adults 1 child and a baby) in the accommodation. Maria Laura's house is located in a peaceful location 8/10 minutes walk to the beach and 10/15 minute drive to Sorso town. Maria Laura is very nice and welcomed us very well upon arrival on the island. communication is extremely quick and efficient via message (thank you again for the tips and good spots). The accommodation is well equipped with a very cool view of the sea in the background. Antonio was, without doubt, the best airbnb host we have ever had. Even before we arrived he was helping us sort out lots of different experiences for our stay. He went above and beyond, and was more like a local guide than just a host. Utterly delightful and nothing was too much for him. We are hugely grateful and had a wonderful break in this magical part of Sardinia. Thank you Antonio for letting us stay in your home and making it such a special time.

Very nice and cosy place to stay.

This is the perfect place for a quiet break! It’s very private despite being in the middle of a holiday village with everything very close by. The resort has a shop if you need emergencies but there are also lots of supermarkets very close by. The flat is wonderfully equipped with everything you might need. A great kitchen, a BBQ, an over, a private patio, sun loungers, a big TV, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, comfortable sofas and a really nice garden. This is a place to come to relax, unwind and enjoy the amaising beach about 50m away. The Costa Smeralda doesn’t get better than at this place. Magnificent! Wonderful!

We stayed in a villa for 15 days, where everything is planned for a good holiday. Very well equipped accommodation. Lots of utensils in the kitchen. A very large terrace In an environment in the countryside, with fruit trees in the garden, we were able to enjoy it 10 mins to shops, beaches and restaurants We thank the owners and Carlo who was always there to answer all our practical and tourist questions. We immediately liked the place,quiet and well equipped in everything ,inside and out with all the amenities and services described. Since it was the best rental in years. Most made us find everything tidy and clean. The place is tactical because it gives the opportunity to walk on the trails to admire the sea views between the granites and the Mediterranean scrub if you want an alternative to the sea that is a wonder throughout the Capo Testa area. The house has a porch in the back and a garden that climbs through the rocks allows you to see the view around , which we really appreciated. Beautiful vacation

We had a pleasant stay, quiet, without disturbances given the end of the season (end of October). The semi-detached house is as described in the listing. Warning, few shops are open during this period in the "Costa Paradiso" area, but it's not disturbing with organization.
