A short stay with friends that we wanted near Carcassonne and quiet to meet in the evening. That's what we found. 3 large bedrooms, clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. A large living room that allows you to meet at 6. A very large exterior that lives by the cicadas and a small appreciable hot tub for soaking and chatting .

Excellent stay in the cottage of Calmettes! A very big thank you to Stéphane for his warm welcome and his great availability. The site is beautiful, the cottage, very well equipped with plenty of games available. We came with 5 families of squash players during a fairly rainy period, so the squash court and the spa saw us every day!...

Great accommodation with 4 bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. My son loved playing outside (children's games), and the outdoors is really nice for the summer. The two bathrooms are a real plus, and the place is spacious and clean. Tip: bring mosquito repellent!

Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! Perfect! Very responsive host, we booked last minute, late morning and the accommodation was made available before the scheduled time (impeccable cleaning). The house combines all the advantages of a village house with the services of a very well-equipped villa. Very well located in a pretty village... We only want to come back soon!

Oliver sent over recommendations which were perfect for us and was also extremely flexible on checking out with our little one. perfect family place.
