The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

Great place to stay. Pool is wonderful. Host was even nice enough to take us to the airport and gave us a tour for free. Very recommendable.

Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. we had a really nice time at the resort,very quiet and secluded,we were warmly welcomed. You have to stay a little secluded, but with a scooter that Evelyn provided us with no problem. nice pool,good bungalow with new amenities,great views of the neighborhood island Leyte. The employees were always friendly and helpful, a big plus in my opinion! In short, like a second home! Thank you for the wonderful time with you! Thank you Irish and Marco 🙏👍❤️

Iverson's place is absolutely beautiful! The courtyard outside the home is full of plants, beautiful artwork, etc. There are tables and chairs to sit outside and a small swimming pool the kids had a blast playing in. We were the first guests at this property and being new to Airbnb Iverson had it set to book Instantly, but after booking he told us is wasn't available and we would need to find something else. It turns out that his parents were staying there but when we told them we couldn't find anything else for our large group the parents moved out and let us stay. They were super sweet and accomodating. I really enjoyed visiting with them. I did not meet Iverson as he is away in college. Though the house itself is nice and very very comfortable it is not a place for younger children because they have so many beautiful knick knacks all throughout the house that we were concerned about getting knocked over or something so we were constantly telling the children to be careful.

"Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!" We had a fantastic experience staying at this beautiful home! The area was exceptionally clean, and the house itself was even more gorgeous in person. The host and caretaker were very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The tour driver was also incredibly kind and made exploring the local area a breeze. Our trip went smoothly, and the house provided a very comfortable environment to relax in. A couple of things worth mentioning: the WiFi worked well most of the time, but it did slow down when more people were using it at once. Additionally, the photos of the bedrooms on the Airbnb listing could be a bit clearer to give a better idea of the space. However, these were very minor issues in an otherwise excellent stay. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!

The villa is perfect. The hosts are amazing.

Can’t really complain. House was comfortable, yhanyhan has a fully stocked kitchen and fridge with items you can purchase. Being a foreigner this was a great convenience (soda, beer, snacks, laundry detergent). Had a smart tv with Netflix. The only complaint I’d have is the water pressure was a bit low. But it didn’t really bother us too much. Both yhanyhan and her husband were very responsive and helped us out quickly when I locked myself out.

nice modern new appartement with balcony in front ricefields ...a bit outside the center...has all the necesairy amenities....3 bedrooms...but the funny thing was that we have to choose for one of the rooms and the others get locked then

We had a nice stay. It was a big house. Nice balcony and from the roof deck you can take fresh air especially at night. You can have all the space you want. Bedrooms are big. And the living room and dining room is big for us. Thank you for hosting us. We will come back again.
