Monthly Rentals in Leynavatn

My wife and I spent 6 days in this beautiful apartment. Very clean and functional. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, lots of appliances, a large Smart TV, but above all great views. The location is great for visiting the Faroe Islands, in a short time you can reach the capital and all the islands. There are not many restaurants nearby, for those you have to move to the capital which is still only 30 minutes away. 10 minutes away there is a well-stocked supermarket. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy the peace of the Faroe Islands with a strategic location but also super quiet.

Super fascinating to stay in a building like this!! The huge glass windows made it perfect for looking out at the views over the sea and the hills. The house is very warm, great as the weather was a little chilly when we were there. It is spotlessly clean with very nice comfortable furnishings, everything you could need. Susannah was very responsive to us if we had any questions and super friendly. Top tip: download the aurora app and check every evening. We were able to drive 2 mins up the road and saw spectacular northern lights 2 nights in a row. Breathtaking!!!

We stayed three days in this beautiful boatshouse. Sitting at the small window looking at the water and the mountains was just stunning. Communication with Maria was easy and helpful. We would definetly recommend this place and hope we can come back in the future!

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. We self-checked in without any problem. Ample utensils if you want to cook, and board games if you are traveling with friends (like us). We had a great time
