Great birthday night stay at everything retreat, if you’re looking for a romantic break this place is perfect!

This is was a lovely getaway. The place was beautiful and the hot tub was a great addition. So grateful that it was set up ready for us to jump in on arrival. Clear communication from the hosts and very helpful recommended a lovely place to walk with the kids

My family and I stayed Monday to Friday, fabulous site, the lodge was perfect for us and the staff really helpful. Lovely stay.

we really enjoyed staying at Mark's place. It was exceptionally clean, and the hot tub was great. There's some great walks nearby , great pubs and stuff for kids like the animal centre. Plus the pool on site was really good too.

wow what a place! the lodge was fantastic, great peaceful location and private too. the lodge was clean, large and felt right at home. jason also put up balloons for our anniversary, alongside a goodie box, was such a nice touch. the surroundings were gorgeous with a hot tub to top it off. can’t recommend highly enough. will definitely be back! thankyou!!! What a hidden gem this cabin is. Peaceful private location within easy walking distance ( off road) to Pickering . Only two downsides, we could not get the fire hot the hot tub to stay lit so we couldn’t use it - which was in the over all cost of the accommodation and therefore not good value for money to us and there was a nuisance of flies within the cabin which was worse when cooking. This is obviously an ongoing problem considering that the hosts have left items to help manage this - sticky fly tape from ceiling, fly swatter and fly spray.

Went on a couples trip with 8 people to Julia’s gorgeous place. Was everything and more we could’ve hoped for. The pictures do not do the view justice!!! Very clean and well equipped, was so memorable.

We had a beautiful stay at The Boathouse, it was just like the photos we were extremely impressed. We had the best time as a family of 4 inc our pooch who also enjoyed his stay. Lots of fun, laughter, relaxing & memory making .. perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and being a super friendly host x

Beautiful location, great communication and instructions. The accommodation was lovely with a really comfy bed.

A long awaited break and worth every minute. Quiet, pet friendly, walks from the site available, so for a short break, plenty to do in the area without having to go far.

we had a fantastic stay at the lodge. A great location for visiting all of Yorkshire and a lovely setting on the lake. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening and all round had a wonderful stay. Ruth was a great host!

Nice large static caravan outside of York, but very convenient. Quiet and comfortable perfect for families.

We've just returned from a short stay at my happy hounds. Our glamping pod Hugo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless considering these are dog friendly. The welcome pack was also a nice touch with all quality items. We have 2 dogs one that is very nervous, he settled in well as it was peaceful and private and having ample space for them to run and play at the pod and the secure dog fields, these are a great facility for anyone traveling with a dog. It's only a short drive to find local amenities and finding my happy hounds was easy with Google maps being accurate. The communication from Harry was excellent with plenty of information and help if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already started talking of booking again for the future. This was a perfect off-grid weekend away, the cabin was beautifully made and full of thoughtful additions like blankets, fleeces and marshmallows for toasting. It was extremely peaceful and we enjoyed paddling in the stream and looking at the stars. We hope to visit again

lovely place very peaceful, nice little get away and lovely walks and forestry about a 20 min drive away. Also great food at the cafe next to it.

Beautiful lodge overlooking Pendle Valley, lovely furnishings, bedding, towels. Everything you could think of was available. The view was stunning & loved the outside area, fully enclosed which was great for our 2 dogs & plenty of outdoor seating & table to use. The site was quiet & peaceful and plenty to explore. The perfect Easter break.

This place really took us by surprise. We drove 5.5 hours each way, just to visit and our biggest regret was not booking longer! Worth every bit of the money and drive. The place was private and peaceful. Very safe and secure and very quiet so you can really enjoy yourself. Really feels like you have the whole place and surrounding areas to yourself! Utensils and appliances wise you could see Jane has real care and attention to detail, everything you could need or think of was provided. And that too of high quality not just your budget items. The bbq was a proper bbq which was a joy to use. The hot tub come with lighting and jets. Even the pots and pans were tefal! A lot of time and money has gone into it all. Garden was well lit also for those late evenings. Was lovely to meet Ben also. So much more to say but we won’t ruin all the delightful surprises! Very happy with the stay and we will be back for sure. Thank you! And see you next time.

excellent accomodation for my family of four. kids shared one bedroom. lots of room for kids. outdoors was peaceful and not a sound at night. accurate instructions on how to find the place. TV had netflix and now and many other apps on the TV. kitchen had many utensils and easy to use. the two ensuites next to the bedrooms were excellent size for our family. kids loved it and didn't want to leave.

Great place, equipped with everything you could need. wood provided and firelighters and matches provided for log burner. sheep right outside the decking. set on the back of an equestrian type farm place, nice and quiet. we walked to the white swan, about 15mins, great food. Rail Trail nearby was a nice walk. hot tub was great, press and hold the right hand button to adjust the temp, took us a day to figure that out, and the first button on left adjusts the bubbles. there was individual jams and butters in the fridge, prosecco, crisps and biscuits, tea coffee sugar and 2pints of milk provided. it wasn't immediately obvious how to turn on the towel radiator in the bathroom, but there's a tiny switch on the bottom right. shower was OK did the job, but kinda what you expect from an electric shower. The postcode didn't take us right to the place but if you just keep going along the same road you will get to the gate to the farm. 100% recommend, would stay again.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful home. Enjoyed staying at the home and did a lot of activities including rowing the boat, playing board games which are supplied and fishing. Shops including restaurant and superstore within 10 minutes of driving. Highly recommended to others.

Katie was super helpful in our stay! She came out to help us late in the evening when we couldn’t stop the alarm going off! The pod was in a lovely location with great views, perfect place to start our hike from. Thanks for having us :D

Just got back from 2 blissful days at Kingfisher Cabin. It really can't be overstated but how beautiful and peaceful this cabin is. We seemed to have all 4 seasons in the span of 2 days but even in the rain this place is cosy and peaceful. Within a couple hours of being there we decided to make it a regular visit for us. Gemma is a perfect host; friendly, helpful and quick to respond. 10/10 experience in every aspect.

Peter's place was spotless! he is an awesome host and even helped us set up a barbecue. the place is exactly as advertised and we loved the vibes!

I’ve stayed in a few Airbnbs, and this was by far one of the best. The surroundings were peaceful, private and lots of open space. The accommodation had everything you could need. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals, and the bathroom was clean and very spacious. There were thoughtful extras too, from board games to spare toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. We also tried the new log-fired hot tub, which comfortably fits two people. Relaxing under the stars was absolutely stunning. Overall, an excellent stay highly recommended!
