The Harbor House - Entire 1st Floor Waterfront

Located along the St. Clair River at the apex of nostalgic Broadway and Marine City’s Nautical Mile sits Harbor House. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise over the river while the ships pass. Later, head out your door and explore the many antique shops on Broadway or visit the various Parks, Shops and Restaurants along the river. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

The Cozy Cabin is the ultimate spot for rest and relaxation in the heart of Port Franks. Bring your family or friends to this peaceful wooded lot with classic rustic cottage, views of the water from the front and river with wild life in the back. Centrally located, and right down the street from the immaculate and highly sought after private beach of Port Franks. Enjoy the beautiful water, and incredible sunsets, while also being close to all of the great amenities Port Franks has to offer!

Lake Home -Walking Distance to town w/ Hot Tub

A great cozy cottage on Lake Orion with Kayaks and A paddle board. Walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants with a great fenced in backyard for cookouts! There is a hottub for cooler Michigan Nights. Option to rent the pontoon boat for an extra charge. Please be advised, there is construction occurring near the property so construction vehicles can be heard on occasion during the day/business hours. We do have an outdoor camera facing the street for deliveries.

Sandy Bottoms Inn

Welcome to Sandy Bottom's Inn. We're open ALL YEAR ROUND! Come and enjoy our gorgeous house with seven spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths and two fully stocked kitchens. Please note I do NOT supply blankets or comforters for the beds. Right across the road from Lake Huron and Ipperwash Beach with it's beautiful white sand. There are four public beach access roads right off of our street. This is a family cottage and we only rent to individuals 25 years of age or older.

Enjoy river views from every room. Relax on the private deck and dock and watch the sunset. Walk, boat, or bike downtown for a movie, coffee, drinks or dinner. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a convertible desk which converts to a full sized memory foam bed. The 3 rd bed is a sofa that converts to a full bed in the living room.
