John is a fabulous host! This is our second time staying at this home and we’ve loved it both times! Everything is just as described on the banks of the beautiful Tennessee River! We will be back again!

We had a great time. We got our cardio workout, lol. There is a lot of steps and the bathroom is a little small but the outdoor setting more than makes up for it. We were pleased that there was a bathroom outside so we didn't have to climb the stairs each time while we were fishing and hanging out. We enjoyed fishing, sitting around fire and grilling. We definitely want to go back sometime!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s place! Beautiful home with just about everything you need, she really went into the details of what you might need during your stay. The area is interesting and a little noisy, but Amy makes that known beforehand and even has sound machines to help! The home itself is so cozy and the beds were VERY comfortable! Amy was responsive and overall a great host. Thanks again!

Beautiful property with spacious house! Clean, love the back porch, fire pit, and games! The beds are super comfy and the water pressure is great, which matters to me! Spent the day at the winery and quick drive back to house! Would definitely stay again!

Jennifer’s rental home had everything we needed and more. She was quick to respond to questions and requests to extend our booking at the last minute. We would stay again.

Whispering Cottage was the perfect addition to our trip. We loved everything about our stay. The cottage was bright, immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the cottage and the outdoor space so much. We all hope to visit again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful property!! It is extremely private and picturesque. A literal postcard. We loved the winding drive up to the property although clearer instructions on driveway would be a little better. The turn in appears to be another property at first but then it veers to the left...of course its possible we were just not paying attention lol. We had tons of room for everyone with areas that were private for each. We had 8 in our party and everyone could really spread out. Our bed was super comfy. The pond and grounds were great. We even caught a few bass. The pool area was lovely. We didn't experience the hot tub since it was closed in lieu of the pool. There is TONS of extra linens, pillows, blankets, comforters, even extra new toothbrushes or toiletries if you forget yours! It was fully stocked. They even had extra fishing gear, clubs, and a bucket of golf balls for the 3 hole course. Our stay was exceptional and very peaceful. We will definitely book again!!

Came down to Columbia for our 4th grandson being born 2 weeks ago. So lucky to find this beautiful home for the weekend. Loved this place and we travel all the time. We will ve booking again. Much love and happiness.

Cypress Creek River Retreat was perfect. We made a quick trip for a funeral and needed a dog friendly spot. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

Valerie’s artist-in-residence is a magical place filled with many cute animals and positive, creative people. Valerie is super nice and accommodating, and there is private river access!

Kimberly was very helpful when my gps was not. It was last minute reservation so she had no heads up, but I was coming and still everything was great. Right on the water, I had brought my own firewood but she had some there. Went to the Trading Post for breakfast and supplies. My dog and my daughter’s 6month old lab absolutely loved it!!! My five year old grandson loved the water. I will definitely be back.

Deb’s place was the perfect home away from home. It’s nestled in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with a large backyard. The decor was especially homey, making us feel welcome from our first walk in. The home was clean and organized with basic utensils and cookware. We’d definitely come back.

If you're visiting the Summertown, TN area and need a quiet oasis, Ernestine's is the perfect place to go. I fell in love as soon as I walked through the door. The home is warm and inviting bringing ease and comfort to our long trip visiting family. The view above the lake is amazing! The location is perfect and private. A great place to unwind and only minutes from town if you need something. We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The only thing we were hoping for, some time for my husband and son in law to have a day of fishing. Weather was not on our side but maybe next time. This will be my first place to book anytime i come for a visit. 😀 Thank you Ernestine for such a wonderful place to land after a long day on the road. Safe travels to everyone. This place is awesome! We were in town for a softball tournament.! It’s about 17 minutes to Ridley Park. The place was HUGE and super clean! The beds were comfortable. I will definitely be staying again!

Great overnight stay celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary. My wife and I enjoy fishing so that’s what most attracted us to the place. We fished til the sun went down and I was up early the next day to do so again. We caught nearly 25 between the two of us (mostly bluegill). Great dinner meal at 1819 in Lawrenceburg (not too far away). If opportunity presents itself again, we would certainly come back! Great host!
