My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Last house on the cul-de-sac, close to the center of the beautiful village of Lévignacq. Starting points in the village: 2 hiking trails, a bike path, and the Terra Aventura circuit. 19 km from Cap de l’Homy Beach, 18 km from Contis Beach, and a shuttle bus to the beaches every day in July and August. Digo transport to get to Dax.

House and Landes sheepfold

The house and the Landes sheepfold welcome you in a natural setting, in the heart of the Landes forest. The newly renovated houses can accommodate up to 12 people. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and the sheepfold has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchens of each building are open to the living room offering 2 open and friendly spaces, conducive to reunions. The houses are equipped with a wood-burning stove (wood provided from October to March).

The tipi

Come and spend the night in the heart of the farm animals under a Saharan tent equipped with two double beds. You will have the privilege of attending the feeding of the animals in the morning. Bathrooms, a kitchen and free parking are available on site. The teepee is located about 200 meters from the sanitary-kitchen-parking area. Breakfast is provided. Bed and bath linens are not provided (can be provided for an extra charge and upon request).

This historic building, renovated and extended by an architect 12 years ago, graces an expansive 11-acre expanse of traditional "arial landais" land. It offers a unique escape into the heart of unspoiled natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza each situated around 4 km away.

The house has a large wooded garden of 1040 m2. It has a secluded terrace overlooking the pool, an outdoor barbecue, and an oven.
