Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our guest house covers approximately 70 square meters (753 square feet) over two floors and can accommodate up to six people. The property is ideal for trade fair visitors, families, friends, installers, or smaller groups. Three comfortable double beds (each 1.60 x 2.00 m) are available in two rooms, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. A bus stop (line 260 with a direct connection to Cologne Central Station) and a supermarket are just a three-minute walk away.

If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Apartment 1 is 30m2 and has been completely renovated in summer 2016. A kitchenette is fully furnished with dishwasher, hotplates, microwave, as well as a Senseo coffee machine. There are no laundry facilities in this apartment. The light-filled living space is modern and lovingly furnished. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and sleep well in the double bed (width 140 cm).
