The granny apartment is quietly located in a residential area, but still central. The train station is only 1.2 km away and can be easily reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. From there you can reach Cologne and Düsseldorf by train in just 15 - 20 minutes. The BayArena stadium is in the immediate vicinity (800 m). There is also a nice adventure pool & sauna here. The pedestrian zone of Leverkusen (1.1 km) offers a large shopping center with supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and restaurants.

The apartment was newly furnished in the fall of 2021. It is bright and friendly and has its own entrance and its own small terrace. It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.

Two bicycles are also available for free use (e.g. to go to the train station).

It's on the bottom floor of a quiet apartment building. 5 minutes by car to the highway 15 minutes walk to the stop of the S4 (without changing to the Cologne Fair and to the big Cologne Christmas markets) You need a shuttle service from the airport or train? The blinds in the bedroom are electric and can be controlled by the control on the wall. The bathroom can be reached via the communal hallway. There is a bakery right next door and a snack in the immediate vicinity.
