Monthly Rentals in Leura

We loved staying at Elphin and will be back. Nestled in the bush amongst beautiful native flora and fauna - the location is exquisite and peaceful. Lou provides everything, plus breakfast of organic eggs and bread and butter was a bonus, great to not have to worry about that meal, and the coffee was welcome too 😄. Lou has made sure that the guest suite is sustainable, I loved the vintage cosy vibe, the bed was comfy and soaking in the bath after a big day of hiking was lovely. This was our second time staying at Banksia Bungalow. We love the quietness and natural surroundings. Hopefully next time the weather will be nice enough to spend more time in the gazebo which was just lovely with views of banksia scrubs and eucalyptus trees and a lovely deciduous tree in full autumn colour. Love the bird life too - with seed under the kitchen sink to feed them with - our host thinks of everything. It was so cosy in the evening with a good heater, I couldn't stay awake to read my book.

Leura Lily Pad is an immaculate small home for two and pet friendly with a beautful safe fenced garden. The kitchenette is small but has all the appliances you need for preparing meals if you need to. Sue is a lovely host and one morning we spent a good two hours chatting. The environment is lovely with lots of trees and shrubs, good air and quiet yet only a short drive to Leura Mall. Highly recommended.

Going by the reviews and pictures we had high expectations. After staying here for our anniversary those expectations were beyond exceeded. The level of attention to detail, the taste and charm of this little Leura getaway is not to be missed. Would highly recommend :)
