Emilia Anna is more than a super host. She made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. The loft was exquisite, clean, and spacious. Very well equipped for all our needs. Emilia was always attentive and responsive and a great source of information for the area. She responded to all of our questions with lightning speed. Für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen ist diese Wohnung perfekt. Die Bilder werden dem allen gar nicht gerecht. Die Wohnung ist liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend im ersten Stock. Von dem Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Palmen und das Meer. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Strand ist wirklich nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Während unserer Zeit hier hatten wir ihn oft für uns alleine und dort ist es perfekt zum entspannen. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert so viel Platz zum Spielen zu haben. Carmine und Maria waren die besten Gastgeber, die wir bis jetzt hatten. Sie waren immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns in die Gegend verliebt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Danke Carmine und Maria!

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato con spazi ampi. Cucina attrezzata, camere complete di biancheria, idem per il bagno. Tutte le zone climatizzate, finestre dotate di zanzariere e doppi infissi tali da insonorizzare completamente da qualsiasi rumore. Vicino al mare e al centro. Proprietario premuroso e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

This listing is amazing. HUGE balcony, fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable mattresses, hot water in the shower, etc. Federico and Vera went above and beyond in assisting me with resolving some unrelated issues I ran into, and I couldn't ask for more accommodating, honorable, and upstanding hosts! I'd recommend this listing to families (up to 4 people could comfortably stay here), couples, or just someone like me looking for some time by the sea.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

il posto è proprio come speravo, tranquillo e in mezzo ad olivi secolari ,ed in una posizione strategica dove si possono raggiungere facilmente diverse spiagge bellissime. Inoltre Antonio è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica.

This was our favorite place in Italy? This small town has such heart, the art is amazing and the locals are beyond friendly. My husband and I can't recommend this place enough. very clean and comfortable. our only regret is not staying longer. The castle is built in 13th century and so stunning to see in person. we will be back.

Beatiful spot with sea view and 100 steps down to a ’own’ beach. Fancy and practical in doors. No wifi and english speaking TV channels are our only complaints. A nice and wellcoming host who gave valuable advice about restaurants and supermarket.

Had a perfect week in Ripabottoni. Christel was always available in case i had a question. The house is really beautiful. Never had any problems sleeping at night because of the air conditioner. Would recommend the house to anyone who wants to have relaxing vacation.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Margherita di Savoia per 3 giorni ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ristrutturato di recente e dotato di tutto il necessario: lenzuola, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, macchina del caffè, stoviglie e molto altro. La posizione è perfetta: basta attraversare la strada per raggiungere sia le spiagge libere che i lidi attrezzati. Inoltre, a pochi passi si trovano bar, salumerie, macellerie, ristoranti e tutti i principali servizi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche comodi parcheggi con strisce blu gratuiti fino a maggio. L'host è stato estremamente professionale e disponibile, contattandoci più volte per assicurarsi che tutto andasse bene. Sicuramente torneremo volentieri!

We loved our stay in this wonderful apartment. Very large, modern and very well equiped kitchen with large dining table, big balcony, two showers and huge bath, very spacious main bedroom, very clean, AC in every room was a great feature.Great take away pizza just downstairs and short walk to old town and beautiful beach just there.

non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Philip di persona ma è stato sempre presente ad ogni mia richiesta. casa con tutti confort, pulitissima, bella la terrazza. immobile nuovo e posizione silenziosa seppur vicina alla statale. comodo per raggiungere la ciclabile a pochi metri. idem per bus. super consigliato

L’appartamento è molto più bello dal vivo che non in foto Siamo stati benissimo Abbiamo trovato parcheggio davanti a casa in zona non a pagamento e non abbiamo mai avuto necessità di usarla Servizi di prima necessità come supermercati, ortofrutta panetterie e farmacia sono davvero a pochi passi La spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi Maristella è stata davvero un host prezioso e presente Non possiamo che consigliarla e dire alla prossima

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hier. Der Check-In sowie Check-Out war super einfach. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und gaben uns Tipps über Aktivitäten/Events/Partys in der Stadt. Ebenso wurde einem kein Wunsch ausgeschlagen sondern immer versucht uns entgegen zu kommen. Ein Transfer zur Unterkunft und zurück wurde uns sogar auch organisiert. Somit können wir sagen dass das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt war, die Unterkunft sauber und schön und besonderes Danke an die Gastgeber!

Appartamento meraviglioso, circondato dal mare che si può vedere da ogni finestra. La vista dalla camera principale merita il viaggio, si possono ammirare sia l'alba che il tramonto. Situato vicinissimo al centro e alla zona pedonale, comodo ai servizi quali market o farmacia. Arredamento nuovissimo e funzionale, disponibile kit di cortesia per i primi giorni. Host molto disponibile e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo!!!

Great house and great host. Everything was clean and convenient. The only problem is that my car was robbed outside at the street, Foggia is unsafe when it comes to parking. Host also has a garage but my car was too big. Would definitely return but with a smaller car or no car
