Emilia Anna is more than a super host. She made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. The loft was exquisite, clean, and spacious. Very well equipped for all our needs. Emilia was always attentive and responsive and a great source of information for the area. She responded to all of our questions with lightning speed. For those looking for peace and relaxation, this apartment is perfect. The images don't do it at all. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on the first floor. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of palm trees and the sea. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, we didn't miss anything. The beach is really just a few walk away. During our time here we often had it to ourselves and there it is perfect for relaxing. Our children were thrilled to have so much space to play. Carmine and Maria were the best hosts we've had so far. They were always very friendly and attentive. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! Thanks Carmine and Maria!

Apartment completely renovated with large spaces. Equipped kitchen, rooms complete with linens, as well as bathroom. All air-conditioned areas, windows equipped with mosquito nets and double fixtures such as to completely soundproof from any noise. Close to the sea and the center. Thoughtful and helpful owner. We'll definitely be back.

This listing is amazing. HUGE balcony, fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable mattresses, hot water in the shower, etc. Federico and Vera went above and beyond in assisting me with resolving some unrelated issues I ran into, and I couldn't ask for more accommodating, honorable, and upstanding hosts! I'd recommend this listing to families (up to 4 people could comfortably stay here), couples, or just someone like me looking for some time by the sea.

the place is just as I hoped, quiet and in the middle of centuries-old olive trees,and in a strategic position where you can easily reach several beautiful beaches. Antonio is also a very helpful and nice person.

This was our favorite place in Italy? This small town has such heart, the art is amazing and the locals are beyond friendly. My husband and I can't recommend this place enough. very clean and comfortable. our only regret is not staying longer. The castle is built in 13th century and so stunning to see in person. we will be back.

We stayed in Margherita di Savoia for 3 days and it was a really nice experience. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated and equipped with everything you need: sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron and iron, coffee maker, dishes and much more. The location is perfect - just cross the street to reach both the free beaches and the well-equipped beaches. In addition, there are bars, charcuterias, butcher shops, restaurants and all the main services within walking distance. There are also convenient parking lots with free blue stripes until May. The host was extremely professional and helpful, contacting us several times to make sure everything went smoothly. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this wonderful apartment. Very large, modern and very well equiped kitchen with large dining table, big balcony, two showers and huge bath, very spacious main bedroom, very clean, AC in every room was a great feature.Great take away pizza just downstairs and short walk to old town and beautiful beach just there.

Very nice spacious apartment, great location close to all amenities. What we would have liked: blackout shutters or curtains because we had daylight very early in the morning Otherwise everything was perfect, thank you to Andrea for her responsiveness , we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay here. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The hosts were always available and gave us tips about activities/events/parties in the city. Likewise, no wish was denied but always tried to accommodate us. A transfer to the property and back was even organized for us. So we can say that this was a very nice stay, the place clean and nice and special thanks to the hosts!

Great house and great host. Everything was clean and convenient. The only problem is that my car was robbed outside at the street, Foggia is unsafe when it comes to parking. Host also has a garage but my car was too big. Would definitely return but with a smaller car or no car
