L'HIRONDELLE Normandy/Loire Barn

La Martinière-Saint Aubin Fosse Louvain Our Barn has 2x 60m2 Gites each on two levels. L’HIRONDELLE and LA HUPPE. We have created modern accommodation but kept the character of the barn with its original oak beams and stone. Located on the Normandy/Loire border in a rural location offering couples a quiet escape to the countryside. Self catered, but your choice of our breakfast option. Centrally based for guests to visit the many medieval towns, markets, walks and attractions within the region.

Nestled in the northern Pays de la Loire region, surrounded by some of the prettiest villages in France, the location is ideal for cycling, running and fishing.   An hours drive from the stunning beaches Normany, including the World Heritage Site, Mont St Michel. Further south lies the magnificent Loire Valley and the famous Chateau Trail. 

Lovely Maison

Maison entièrement rénovée, située proche centre-ville, parking en face du logement, terrasse et jardin. Le logement comprend une cuisine équipée, un salon, une salle à manger, toilette et salle de douche au rez-de-chaussée. 2 chambres, salle de bain avec wc à l'étage. Le canapé lit est disponible seulement sur demande à la réservation pour les réservations de + 4 personnes. Les animaux de compagnie sont les biens venus (voir règlement intérieur). Less than 1 km from Parc de la Colmont where you will find plenty of activities for family and friends and 600 m from the Colmont space (theater) By car, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel and 30 minutes from Fougères, you will have everything you need to visit and enjoy your stay.

Halfway between Mont St Michel and the Loire Valley castles! On a hiking trail, you will be comfortably housed in the quiet of the countryside and in complete independence. You will have at your disposal a nice living room with 1 sofa and 1 table, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. You will have a private terrace facing the pastures. This is an ideal base for those seeking walking or cycling holidays in wonderful countryside or as a base for day tripping to Mont St Michel and Normandy Beaches to the North or to the vineyards of Vouvray and Chateaux's of the Loire in the South.

Walnut Gite

Walnut Gite was created from part of the old 18th century farmhouse building, it provides a warm cozy friendly atmosphere with many original features including exposed oak beams and beautiful views over the rolling countryside. It features a modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen along side a beautiful private garden and BBQ area. Access to a games room with pool table, dart board, table tennis, table football and extensive range of board games.

Apolline's house

Apolline’s house is a small, charming residence located in Lassay-les-Châteaux, 2 km (1.2 miles) from Lassay Castle and 15 km (9 miles) from Bagnoles-de-l’Orne, Normandy (15-minute drive). The house is composed of a ground floor (entrance, mezzanine, living room, dining area and kitchen) and a floor (bedroom and bathroom) fully equipped and offering free wifi. The metal staircase is central. The decoration is neat. The equipment is rather high-end.
