Situé sur les hauteurs de Foncine-le-haut dans un secteur calme, ce chalet neuf à la fois moderne et traditionnel offre une vue magnifique sur le village et les montagnes du Jura. Le chalet peut accueillir aisément 12 personnes qui profiteront d'une grande pièce de vie et d'un espace détente dans la mezzanine de l'étage avec Bar, Billard américain et salon indépendant, d'une salle de sport avec sauna, tapis de course, rameur, vélo et d'un bain nordique 10-12 personnes à remous.

Le gîte « La Cascade à Comté » peut accueillir jusqu’à cinq personnes et dispose des équipements nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. Barbecue mis à disposition , transats… Les lits seront faits à votre arrivée, et le ménage sera fait en fin de séjour. Néanmoins, le gîte devra être rendu dans un état respectueux.
