Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Charming house in the heart of the vineyards.

The name, “Le Viron”, means a short stroll. This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. House renovated by us, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and terraces overlooking the Loire and the alley. Ideal for couples or families: hiking, vineyards, cuisine, crafts, wellness, and nature activities.

You will stay in part of a fully renovated old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic village of St Maurice. The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

1 hr 30 min from Portes de Lyon, 1.5 hours from Clermont Ferrand, 1 hr 15 min from St Etienne. On Via Santa Martini. - I don't provide sheets, except for Santa Martini pilgrims. Sleeps 6 + 1 baby, Equipped kitchen, Wifi Enclosed land 1400 m2 Dogs allowed except in bedrooms. From 10/01 to 05/01 + €13/night due to heating: 2 heat pumps + radiators + wood fireplace. During holidays and vacations, I don't rent for a single night.
