Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

What a wonderful experience! This studio apartment exceeded my expectations. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this space both stylish and highly functional. Also in a fantastic trendy area.

Apartment as described, excellent price for central Paris in a great location. Host very responsive. Felt very safe. Relatively steep and uneven staircases so wouldn’t recommend to anyone with a mobility issue but obviously not the fault of the host. A great air bnb for us. Thanks!

Posto comodissimo, purtroppo le temperature a Parigi sono state altissime ma l'appartamento è molto fresco. Luogo silenzioso nonostante i dintorni molto vivaci. Francois gentilissimo e anche la signora che si dedica alla pulizia dell'appartamento.

Marvin was a fantastic host! He was exceptionally communicative from the moment I booked his home to the moment I left. He also provided an extensive set of local recommendations for places to eat, things to do, etc. His home made for a very lovely stay in Paris since it is quite comfortable, fantastic location, and has all of the amenities to feel like you’re actually living in Paris. Next time I come to town, I would gladly try to stay at Marvin’s again!

Great location and it looks exactly like the photos with lots of natural light coming in the windows. Nice view outside on the terrace. The bakery below the apartment was really good and there are lots of cafes and bars within a block. There are a lot of stairs to get the apartment, but we were aware of that from the description in the listing. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best stays we've had! Alexandre's apartment is beautiful, but most importantly, comfortable and very well equipped. It is quite large and well laid out for a Parisian apartment, with so many small luxurious touches that you feel immediately welcomed and at home. It is easy walking distance to The Louvre and many cafes, restaurants and shops. Alexandre was the perfect host. He provided us clear, easy instructions to find and enter the apartment, and very considerately also provided some breakfast supplies. He was very responsive to questions and always genuinely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and only wish it could have been longer. Highly recommend!

My bf and I stayed for 6 nights at Nam’s beautiful Parisian flat. Every detail was perfect and he was so kind and helpful. I’ve stayed in two other neighborhoods before (Marais & Montmarte) and liked this the best. It is well connected, charming, and not touristy. Coming home to Nam’s after a long day felt nice. Quiet, comfortable, and impeccably designed. Don’t hesitate to book.

The apartment was ideal for our family of four. The location was central, walking distance to museums and Notre dame, and convenient to plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend and would absolute stay there again!

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer super Lage, inmitten von vielen Restaurants und Bars. Es gibt auch tolle Shops direkt vor der Tür und trotzdem ist es ruhig, da sie in einem Innenhof gelegen ist. Erick hat viele Tipps gegeben und schnell reagiert, Check-In und Check-Out liefen super!

We loved our week long stay at Gauthier’s place. The apartment was perfect for two, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Even in the summer on the 5th floor we stayed cool with the breeze and fan. The apartment faces a courtyard so there was no street noise and it was very quiet. It was lovely to stay in the 10th arrondissement where it was only a quick metro ride away from “touristy” areas. There were many bars, cafes, shops and bakeries very close including our favorite Mamiche. The line for their amazing baked goods was out the door always but so worth the wait. I would stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you Gauthier for sharing your home with us.

The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. Entering the courtyard through the main gates is quite an experience, and accessing the apartment is simple. Nicola's is an excellent host, communicative, friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend his apartment, especially if you like the Marais district.

We had a wonderful stay at Raphaële’s beautiful studio in Le Marais. The space is just as stunning as it looks in the photos—thoughtfully designed, cozy, and full of character. The location is absolutely perfect: walking distance to the Seine, Centre Pompidou, Notre Dame, and tons of amazing restaurants and shops. Despite being so central, the apartment felt quiet and peaceful. Check-in was seamless with the lockbox, and Raphaële was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and clearly experienced. You can tell a lot of love and creativity went into designing the space. We especially loved the modern glass divider, artistic décor, and the warm, inviting lighting. Would definitely recommend this spot for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy the best of Paris!

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place.
