Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Les Chapelles

We had a great time at Le Petit Nid once again. The house was clean and spacious and being 3, we each had our own bathroom. The house is located on the edge of a stream that gives a feeling of tranquility. The very cute house is located in an ideal location for our various getaways in the area. Sarah always responds very quickly to requests.

Pleasant, spacious accommodation, located close to Les Arcs / Paradiski resorts (15mn drive to Bourg-st-Maurice then direct funicular) and also Tignes / Val d 'Isere (30mn by car) Everything is a little outdated in the cottage but it has a certain charm and we appreciate having space. We enjoyed the flexible check-in with the key box, and Olivier was very nice and very responsive. We had a lovely stay!

We just spent a week at Fred's place and no complaints. You can go there without a second thought. Clean and as described. Fred is available and very responsive. Funicular is only a 4-minute drive. Barrier at the top of the stairs for little ones. I recommend it 100%, we hope to come back next year.

If you come to stay at Sarah and Loic's, you'll be surprised. Beyond an impeccable house from the basement to the 2nd floor, you will meet a couple at your disposal in the neighborhood for a lot of help including explaining how household appliances work such as the latest generation coffee maker, the large screen TV or for the ease of making a fire with the stove where everything has been prepared. We had a great time living as a group of eight in this house for nine people and occasionally inviting two Borians on site. We thank them for their attention and kindness. What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Anne’s place was perfect for our family of 5. Her decor was warm and welcoming and the location is easily walkable to town, restaurants, shops and train stations with stunning views of Mont Blanc. We were there in the spring but if you visit in the winter there is a ski lift out the back door! Highly recommend Anne’s place!!

We have made several rentals within Arêches, the ground floor apartment of a chalet in Véronique is the most spacious booked. A beautiful garden overlooking the mountain. Three beautiful bedrooms. Very suitable for children 13 months old. I recommend Véronique's apartment. And Véronique is a very quiet and sweet host. You can do anything by foot from the apartment (center of Arêches, hiking departure).

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

Stunning property - the view was the best we've had at any property across the world, and I'm not sure how we'll ever top it!

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

A very pleasant stay in this accommodation. We loved the terrace under the wisteria, the large main room which was very bright and its library of comic books that we were not able to exhaust despite an intensive rhythm but also the comings and goings of the black cat, very endearing or the stove made available. Agnès was also a very responsive and helpful host. I would recommend it without a second thought!
