Fully equipped, it offers 2 bedrooms, veranda, garden, heated swimming pool from June to September accessible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Wi-Fi. Bed linen and bath towels for an extra €9/person. Activities: Castles; Zoo La Flèche and Doué La Fontaine (1-2 hours), ParcTerra Botanica (20 minutes) and Puy du Fou (50 minutes), water sports

The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool, and not overlooked. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022; it is heated to 29° In 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1, inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1, inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

La Flèche Zoo is 30 minutes away. River, beach and castle 5 minutes away. Nice hikes from the house. Ideal for families.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Whether you are a couple or a family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards, etc.)
