However, no parties or noisy behavior are possible. The Spa is open year-round and indoors, the pool is covered and heated from June to September. Shops 3 minutes away. Opposite the Château de Montgeoffroy in Mazé, a small village located between Angers (25 km) and Saumur (35 km) and 35 minutes from La Flêche Zoo and the Doué-la-Fontaine Bioparc, our cottage is an old house completely renovated for your comfort. Ground floor: living room, kitchen and shower room/separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Pleasant terrace, enclosed garden, garden shed and private parking. Access to shops 1.5 km by road or bike path.

Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Country apartment in the Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is on the floor completely separate from the house, access is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, a microwave and a bathroom. Please note, there is NO cooktop. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, our chickens roaming the garden and the charm. The accommodation is ideal for professional travel, tourism and visit to the Zoo de la Flèche (15 min).

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). It is now equipped with mosquito nets... Welcome!

Welcome to this lovely studio with character: exposed beams and terracotta tiles for a stay in an atmosphere that is both calm and warm. This space is located on the first floor, in an outbuilding of the house. Feel at home: the accommodation is private and has independent access! We are next door for any requests. Location: halfway between Angers and Saumur (30 minutes). 8 minutes from La Ménitré SNCF train station and the banks of the Loire.
