This beautiful old vineyard house was built in the 18th century. My parents bought it in 1995 and, with a historical architect and much love, restored it to its original beauty. It has a beautiful covered terrace with sunlight all throughout the day, a big pool with pool house, comfortable lounging areas throughout, an orchard, a bamboo garden, a petanque pit and a charming courtyard. The 57 m2 cottage opens to the garden level on a private inner courtyard with a small pool. A stone staircase leads to the 18 m2 south-facing covered private terrace, with views of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside...
