Villa vacation rentals in Les Assions

There were six of us with a dog in March/April and it was beautiful. The property is well fenced for a big dog and you have a lot of space both indoors and outdoors. The view is unbeatable. Communication with Thibault went smoothly. We would definitely recommend and come back again!

The place is great! There is a small wow effect when the gate opens onto the property. Everything was very clean, you can see that the accommodation is very well maintained. Communication with the hosts is easy, they are very attentive and give very good advice in terms of activity or organization. The hosting was nice, friendly and easy. I 100% recommend this accommodation.

Super clean apartment equipped with everything you might need. In addition, a nice large pool, which provided cooling in the great heat. Really a great vacation home.

Very nice, architecturally well-designed house that successfully combines old and new and perfectly keeps the mistral away with its porch. So it is always possible to stay on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view over the garden and vineyards, even in strong winds. You also have a magnificent view through the rear floor-to-ceiling windows towards Cairanne! Bathrooms and kitchen furnishings are modern and comfortable. Everything was very clean and maintained. The pool is pleasantly warm and really suitable for swimming due to its exceptional size. Apart from the occasional tractor passing by, there is a heavenly peace most of the time. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much to Madame Cid for the friendly welcome and care!

Great stay at Mickaël's! The house is quiet, well-equipped and perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool is a real plus, and the many recreational facilities allow you to fully enjoy yourself with friends. You can feel Mickaël's passion for music, it adds a nice atmosphere. Fab place, great social spaces for our group. The location was gorgeous. Lisa was very accommodating and let us check in two hours early and communicated well throughout. We all enjoyed our stay at the house and thought it was very reasonably priced. The parking area is very tight behind the gate if you’re driving a large people carrier, so takes a little while to park, but still serves its function well. A neighbour dealt with us during our stay - only speaks French - so good to keep this in mind if you don’t have a member / speak French yourself. Luckily one of our party spoke French, so it was fine. The neighbour wasn’t very warm but definitely didn’t take away from a beautiful place in a gorgeous village and a great stay. It was clean, the pool and games were fab, and the BBQ was brilliant. Definitely recommend the local cafe / pub for drinks in the evening too, it’s gorgeous!

We had a great time in a beautiful setting. The unit is very well equipped and carefully decorated. The big highlight is the view as well as the pool. The owner is available. We would highly recommend it.

The most amazing 7 night stay with 7 guests (including 2 children). We couldn’t have wished for anything more, the house and gardens are so beautiful and everything is in pristine condition (even better in real life!) The pools, hot tub and activities kept us entertained daily. We really enjoyed the totally private and peaceful setting. We definitely recommend a car and enjoyed spending time at Lourmarin market and restaurants. Cucuron is under construction but will look amazing when it’s finished. We hope to return to Morgane’s beautiful house one day soon. Thanks for giving us so many beautiful family memories in France.

Superb farmhouse combining modernity and authenticity, excellently equipped, very well arranged, ideal for a week with friends, with very nice service, nestled in a charming and quiet little village of Gard. We had a great time in this beautiful farmhouse, too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool, the weather wasn't suitable, but we used the sauna and jacuzzi. There was nothing missing for our comfort The house is very clean and spacious. I'll just put a little downside on the underground room, it was damp, in summer it must be nice Daniela is very friendly, attentive and has good tips. Thank you for a great discovery Sylvette

Place as described, really very nice for a stay with friends in the heart of the Ardèche. The house is spacious and well laid out with lots of little extras (sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, ping-pong table). Jérôme is very welcoming, pleasant and available. We all have great memories of our stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Yannick's house. Calm and rest were both there! Yannick's responsiveness is also a real plus! If you want to spend a peaceful time with friends or family in a serene place in Ardèche, don't hesitate for a second.

a wonderful weekend for 8 adults, time for annual reunions. A very beautiful outdoor garden overlooking the lavender fields. It all starts with a warm welcome from the owners (who live on site but are very discreet!). A beautiful and very well-equipped house, both inside and outside! An incredible swimming pool and petanque molky volleyball activities that allow you to stay all weekend in the middle of the greenery. Very good memories, thank you to Myriam and Pascal!

Great cottage in nature with pool, barbecue, near Barjac, nice village. Purchase goat cheese, olive oil, and pork ribs: local products! We highly recommend it! Great welcome from Edith and Christian with lots of tips... excellent value for money restaurants.

Super nice house and huge estate with very large pool. Top equipment. Everything there, lots of details, everything works. The manager Cedric is very friendly and uncomplicated and very accessible, and unobtrusive. The house is perfectly equipped with all sorts of things. We have been there for the second time in two years, will definitely come back. Absolute recommendation!

I would recommend this place 100%. Angélique and her spouse are extremely welcoming. The space was spotless, very clean, and matches the photos. You will find peace and serenity, ideal for a relaxing stay. Shops are nearby if needed, and the hosts are very responsive. No complaints, everything was perfect.
