Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Les Anses-d'Arlet

We had a great time at Anne-Marie's villa! Special mention for the magnificent views of Trois Ilets Bay. The villa is very well-equipped and the configuration around the view and the pool allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors. Anne-Marie provided us with very clear explanations for access and check-in and the reception team was very professional and friendly.

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

Very nice private villa, 2 steps from the beach, the mythical church and some shops. Parking is easy outside. The terrace is very flowery and filled with birds. The large bedroom is spacious, the second, also pretty, has a private terrace with outdoor shower, all under a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Too bad the toilets are integrated into the bathroom. The latter deserves a refresh, a real facelift. But what a pleasure to have spent our vacation at Patrick's, who is a very beautiful person. We'll be happy to go back to his place.

Functional accommodation, great location in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Stunning views over the cove with unforgettable sunsets. We appreciated the snorkeling masks and tubes available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small supermarkets are available near the accommodation, as well as beachfront restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very friendly and very accommodating. Would do it again without hesitation!

A big thank you again to Jean-Luc for his kindness and availability. We were finally accommodated in the apartment above with exceptional views of Petite Anse, a nice surprise on arrival! The accommodation is very functional with a superb terrace and all the necessary equipment. The accommodation is clean and comfortable even though some rooms could be renovated. Go there without so much as a second thought!

Small practical studio, we only stayed one night. Clean, welcoming host. There's a parking spot for your car and it's really a plus.

Fabulous stay at Pascal's Ti chou chou. There were 2 of us and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation, the quality of the amenities and Pascal's help on a daily basis. We saw 3 ravet beetles at the beginning of our stay in the accommodation, which are insects that are part of the local fauna, but Pascal immediately reacted to help us eliminate them and no other ravet beetles were seen. I would recommend this place for your stay in Martinique.

Our stay went wonderfully well! The view from our terrace was superb, and the beach was just a short walk from our accommodation. We also enjoyed all the little extras available to us: cooler bag, beach towels, mask and snorkel, inflatable mattress with pump — all of which proved to be very convenient during the week. The bakery a stone's throw away was a real plus: we went there almost every morning for our croissants, chocolate and fresh sandwiches. A memorable stay, thank you again!

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

An exotic and idyllic stay in Joelle's home! Beautifully located for a just perfect view of one of the two terraces available , with the coastline and the bay of Anse d 'Arles! Great for morning coffee or Ti-punch in the evening for bedtime! Impeccable apartment with all the amenity indwelling! The host is extremely kind and very accommodating for his vacation tenants! In short, dark without a second thought, you won't be disappointed on the contrary!

Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

Bertrand and Clementine's place was great—clean, well equipped, and with a beautiful view. The apartment is located uphill, away from the downtown area but close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and other local activities. Parking is available, which was super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place!

We just ended our stay with family (2 adults, 2 children) for 10 days at Johanna's and everything was perfect. Waking up every morning with the sea view couldn't have been better. The kitchen is very functional and super well equipped, the impeccable bedding is very comfortable. Johanna is totally available and super welcoming. I recommend it without a second thought, if we have to come back we will be happy to come back to your place.

Kamel et Anne-Sophie were the ultimate hosts. They were warm and welcoming, greeting me with fresh eggs, melon and bananas from their own tree. Kamel was a wonderful tour guide and made sure I visited the best neighborhood beaches. A highlight of my stay was a visit to Anse Dufour where I swam with the sea turtles! The lodging was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The pool was a delightful place to relax after a day at the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Great 10-day stay in this beautiful and peaceful setting, a shared pool but we meet there to share our experiences, and we often enjoy it alone. A very pleasant accommodation. I recommend you come and discover this beautiful place.

My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

I will mention, like other guests, the lack of comfort of the sofa bed but it will be changed. The apartment is true to the photos, the view is exceptional, the walking distance to the beach and shops is nice. There are beautiful beaches and villages nearby, it is an ideal location for a stay in Martinique.

A perfect welcome. Luca is very considerate and always available to answer our questions. The apartment itself perfectly matches the description and opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking a real postcard of Fort-de-France Bay. Only downside is the proximity to the very busy road which is a little intrusive at first. The beach directly accessible below the property is very peaceful and pretty, you will forget the 120 steps and 3 locked gates to access it. We spent a month there, from mid-January to mid-February this year and we have great memories of it. Françoise and Eric

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . Aurélie was very nice and helpful when we arrived. The accommodation is located in a quiet subdivision and 10 min walk from the beach of Petite Anse. Very functional apartment with appliances available and with air conditioning of the 2 bedrooms. A little extra: Each room has its own shower room.

Great stay at Jean-Luc and Julie's. Warm welcome despite our late arrival. Close to Anse D'Arlets beach, great for families Shops nearby around the corner. Small lock issue that didn't affect our stay I would recommend it!

The accommodation is perfectly located and secured thanks to a security gate to access the estate. Easy-access swimming pool and welcome after a day in the sun. 880 meters from Diamant Beach, which we found the most fun. With 1-meter waves perfect for fun. Our stay was intended for cycling, beautiful and safe place despite the first impressions of motorists' behavior. Martinique is very hilly with some parts at over 15% but it's a lot of fun to practice our sport. In closing, I recommend all couples have a great experience in a beautiful location.
