Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Les Anses-d'Arlet

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

We spent 3 unforgettable weeks in Sephora's home, excellent value for money, we had all the comforts we needed and the most appreciable for us was the calm of the place. We're even thinking of coming back... I would highly recommend it. 👍😃

Very nice private villa, 2 steps from the beach, the mythical church and some shops. Parking is easy outside. The terrace is very flowery and filled with birds. The large bedroom is spacious, the second, also pretty, has a private terrace with outdoor shower, all under a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Too bad the toilets are integrated into the bathroom. The latter deserves a refresh, a real facelift. But what a pleasure to have spent our vacation at Patrick's, who is a very beautiful person. We'll be happy to go back to his place.

Functional accommodation, great location in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Stunning views over the cove with unforgettable sunsets. We appreciated the snorkeling masks and tubes available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small supermarkets are available near the accommodation, as well as beachfront restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very friendly and very accommodating. Would do it again without hesitation!

A big thank you again to Jean-Luc for his kindness and availability. We were finally accommodated in the apartment above with exceptional views of Petite Anse, a nice surprise on arrival! The accommodation is very functional with a superb terrace and all the necessary equipment. The accommodation is clean and comfortable even though some rooms could be renovated. Go there without so much as a second thought!

The studio offered by Sylvain is functional, has a very nice exterior in a quiet environment. Our host had great advice for places to visit and things to do. Thank you very much!

Nothing to say about the listing that is totally as described. Very well equipped, very clean, top bedding, mosquito nets… Welcome booklet with activities to do and Elise's favorites. The proximity to the centers of interest, the view, the direct access to the beach, the breathtaking sunsets… Everything was perfect! Elise is ultra available and so friendly! If I come back to Martinique, I will definitely rent this place again! Thanks for making this trip so wonderful!

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

All our expectations were met. Top location, wonderful view, super clean apartment with air conditioning and fan, initial equipment in the fridge and short distances to shopping. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, with dozens of restaurants in all price ranges. Very accommodating landlords who gave great tips and were always available with advice and information. It was just super 😌 relaxed. We highly recommend it and would book it again.

Really very nice, clean and functional accommodation (there were even beach towels available in the closet!) Benoit is very responsive and organized, access to the accommodation was facilitated by all his precise indications, it's really a plus! He takes the trouble to check in during the stay and give advice for activities without being intrusive. I am really delighted with my stay! A very nice person. Small special mention also for the neighbor on the left Mara who is really very kind and friendly. For your information, she makes really pretty bracelets, don't hesitate to go see her! I recommend this accommodation 100%, I hope to come back soon.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. This place is undoubtedly in the top 5 apartments rented on Airbnb. Upon arrival, we were struck by the luxurious and spacious appearance of the apartment. Everything was super clean, which is an essential criterion for us. The luxury bedding deserves a special mention – we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel with unparalleled comfort. Virginia was an exemplary host, very responsive and attentive to our needs. His availability went a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable. We are already planning our next stay for 2026 and can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic stay in the accommodation. Everything was perfect: - the ideal location for exploring the south of the island. Very quiet location with a very nice private parking space - the incredible terrace with sea and sunset views. - a very big plus for the jacuzzi and pool! It was fabulous at the end of the day. - incredible proximity to beaches for snorkeling/seeing turtles like Anse Arlet, Anse Dufour, Le Diamant (10/20 min by car) - well-equipped accommodation with effective air conditioning and mosquito net - Claire and her husband's very clear instructions with the sharing of good tips that made our check-in and stay easy. Very warm in person welcome We will keep a great memory of this experience, we 100% recommend the place! Go there without a second thought!

My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

I will mention, like other guests, the lack of comfort of the sofa bed but it will be changed. The apartment is true to the photos, the view is exceptional, the walking distance to the beach and shops is nice. There are beautiful beaches and villages nearby, it is an ideal location for a stay in Martinique.

A perfect welcome. Luca is very considerate and always available to answer our questions. The apartment itself perfectly matches the description and opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking a real postcard of Fort-de-France Bay. Only downside is the proximity to the very busy road which is a little intrusive at first. The beach directly accessible below the property is very peaceful and pretty, you will forget the 120 steps and 3 locked gates to access it. We spent a month there, from mid-January to mid-February this year and we have great memories of it. Françoise and Eric

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

The views are incredible and Roseline is more than friendly! We were able to taste the specialties by ordering him a meal ... better than at the restaurant! We recommend it!!

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . Aurélie was very nice and helpful when we arrived. The accommodation is located in a quiet subdivision and 10 min walk from the beach of Petite Anse. Very functional apartment with appliances available and with air conditioning of the 2 bedrooms. A little extra: Each room has its own shower room.
