Welcome to Öxeryd/Lilla Säteråsvägen 13. The house is located on a dead-end street, last, with the forest as a neighbor in the back, close to the town's popular lakes in a beautiful, magical environment. The apartment is simple, 55 m2, but has everything to offer the desired comfort to our guests. Close to public transport and to Ica Kvantum, Lerum's most popular grocery store. Gothenburg city center and Landvetter Airport are about 20 minutes by car from the house.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Welcome to our house in central Lerum! To Gothenburg, it takes about 20 minutes by car. Single-story house with large terrace and fenced plot, perfect for both children and pets. Lerum center is 800 meters away, where there are shops, restaurants and the train station that will take you to Gothenburg or Alingsås. Swimming areas, exercise trails and nature are nearby. No parties are allowed in this house.
