A lovely home, stylish interiors, and very comfortable to live in,, nice garden and outdoor spaces/ activities. Filled with all the amenities and appliances one needs in a home plus a great security system, that was important for us and great to have. The location was great, close to the beach and the town’s center,, with a supermarket nearby. Last but not least,, amazingly hospitable and helpful host..

Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

Wir waren im April in Sarzana. Von Regen bis Sonne hatten wir alles. Das Haus hat einen tollen Garten und eine schöne überdachte Terasse. Man ist gleich in der Natur. Beim Aufwachen hört man wunderschönes Vogelgezwitscher. Es hat viele Hunde in der Nachbarschaft und Hunde sind überall willkommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte das Militär abends und nachts viele Übungen mit Helikoptern auf dem nahegelegenen Militärflugplatz. Da es aber auch oft regnete waren wir nicht jeden Abend draussen. Keine Ahnung ob dies immer so ist oder nicht. Alessandro war immer gut erreichbar und hatte tolle Tips und Hinweise wenn wir Fragen hatten. 🙏

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen in der toskanischen Landschaft, von wo man einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Landschaft hat. Die Kommunikation fand auf Englisch mit dem Sohn von Gianluca mittels Textnachrichten statt. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet auf Fragen und Belange. Vor Ort zur Übergabe ist Gianluca dagewesen. Ein Assistent für technische Angelegenheiten und Wartung der Anlage wohnt nicht weit entfernt und ist daher schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist daher sehr gut abgelaufen! Das Grundstück mit Pool, Aussicht und allem was in der Beschreibung enthalten ist, hat uns alles geboten, um unsere Woche dort entspannt auf dem Gelände zu verbringen. Definitiv also zu empfehlen. Wir erwägen eindeutig wieder zu kommen!

Das Anwesen ist wunderbar gelegen und bittet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus bittet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist grosszügig und beherbergt alles, falls man kochen will. Die Umgebung ist grossartig und grosszügig. Der Pool inkl. Aussicht ich ein Highlight und wird perfekt unterhalten. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für die geschätzte und erholsame Zeit.

Sehr sehr freundlich Gastgeber waren über Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hin und weg, alles ist da es fehlt wirklich an nix in diesem Haus. Vermieterin hat immer ne Info gegeben wenn was in der Stadt stattgefunden hat. Also eigentlich braucht man Nix mitnehmen außer Badehose ein Fahrrad oder e Scooter um die Gegend zu erkundigen und das war’s sehr begeistert von dieser Anlage! Waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub hier! Riesen Dank an Annalisa und Sergio bis zum nächsten Wiedersehen und alles gute euch !

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

We had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing and a beautiful property in a wonderful location. We ventured out a few times but mostly relaxed by the pool. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as it is secluded and down a fairly rough trail and we approached from the wrong direction. I suggest this is clarified for future visitors. Paola was great though and came to meet us and guide us to the property.

De eigenaar was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij, wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf, een schoon, groot en geweldig huis. Een absolute aanrader.

Tout d’abord accueil vraiment sympathique, merci beaucoup. Très jolie villa de 4 chambres à coucher sur deux étages au calme. Nous étions un groupe de huit adultes à la mi-septembre 2024. Beaucoup d’espace, 2 grandes cuisines bien aménagées. Une grande terrasse couverte et illuminée avec barbecue et grande table avec une vue absolument incroyable (étage du haut), piscine sympa. La voiture est une nécessité, ça grimpe, d’où la vue 😍. Je le recommande fortement. Il y a juste quelques petites bricoles à revoir. La maison ne date pas d’hier, c’est donc normal mais on s’y est senti comme à la maison. Un chaleureux merci 👍🏻😀

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus das noch nicht komplett fertig Saniert ist. Das haus versprüht einen tollen Charme, auch wenn sinternet und Strom bicht ganz srabil sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Daniele was very kindly and flexible to our late checkin because of an earlier car accident we had. The house is a really italian house with a lot of room for everybody. A fine new complete kitchen and many new bathrooms with good water heat and pressaure. Inside area is well enough but the outside was magnifik. The best- a nice big big and warm like 29-31 degrees. Daniel was quick to solve our small questions and always kindly. Not so much information on airbnb before our booking but dont worry. Daniel has made some changes during a longer pause and today everything is really perfect for a relaxing holiday.

We had a fantastic family time in Porto Venere, perfect house, helpful host, top location!

We really enjoyed our stay with our Family at the house! The view is amazing, the pool was a nice extra (especially on the warm days). In the kitchen was everything we needed to cook a proper meal. Everything was clean, we recieved plenty and really fresh towels, clean bed sheets; so that made as really happy! We enjoyed some days at the beach and sigtseeing the area. Thank you to Francesca for the warm welcome ánd goodbye!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Olympia war einfach traumhaft! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter Fabrizio herzlich empfangen, der uns alles gezeigt hat und während des gesamten Aufenthalts für Fragen zur Verfügung stand und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns direkt wie zu Hause fühlten Die Villa war absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Krönung war der atemberaubende Ausblick: Von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich konnten wir das Panorama über das Meer, die Hügel und den Lago di Massaciuccoli geniessen. Der Aussenbereich und der Pool sind ein Highlight für sich und perfekt zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden. Wer einen Ort sucht, an dem Luxus und Natur perfekt harmonieren, wird hier fündig. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Urlaub wünschen können und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch in der Villa Olympia! Wir können die Villa Olympia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We've just returned from a fantastic 7 night stay at Villa Sya. Well located, the villa is a great base to explore Tuscany from, with close and easy access to Pisa, Lucca and the coast. The villa itself is well equipped and presented, making it a home from home. Our routine as a family of 4 was one of spending the day by the superb pool, before heading out to eat in the local restaurants (or day/evening trips to Florence and Siena)... but there is a terrific Pizzeria just a 3 min drive away and some well equipped supermarkets for essentials if you fancy a night in. Patrisia is the perfect host, helping us to orientate with the villa before leaving us to ourselves. Her communication and advice was first class and it made things even easier for what was already a pain free experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone and would consider returning in the future. Grazie!

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

Schönes großes Haus mit schönem Pool und tollem Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen sowie einer großen In- und Outdoor Küche. Ausreichend Platz mit vielen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegenöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort.

la casa di Sanda è veramente interessante con ampi spazi e molto comoda. la casa è datata, ma contiene degli elementi vintage molto belli. Non manca nulla e la piscina e lo spazio esterno sono fantastici. Sanda è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Franco ist ein super toller Gastgeber, der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren sehr persönlich und herzlich. Franco hat sehr gute Tipps und ist immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich zwischen vielen Ölivenbäumen, ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick über das Magra-Tal zum Meer, einfach unbezahlbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt neben dem schönen malerischen alten Dörfchen Castelnuovo Magra. Das Meer ist nur ca. 15Min entfernt, die Steinbrüche von Carrara sind auch in der Nähe (sehr empfehlenswert), Pisa und Florenz sowie Cinque Terre sind ebenfalls in der Gegend. Es war ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank Franco.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!
