Jackie was attentive at all times, from the time I told her I wanted to rent to the check out. She helped me with all my questions, everything was remote and we had no complications. Thank you for allowing us to stay with my pet, all the guards were very helpful and friendly, they allowed us to walk it inside and we even shared pet anecdotes. They're always making rounds and access is very controlled, I loved the privacy and security that you feel. Although the location may seem a bit far, you can get to downtown Torreón in 15 or 20 minutes by car. The apartment was very comfortable, all rooms have air conditioning. Everything as shown in the pictures and description. The amenities are in very good condition. The place is larger than what is seen in the photos. I would definitely stay here again, especially if you travel with a pet, although it cannot be in common areas by regulation, it gives you peace of mind to leave it in a good place

The stay was very pleasant, Javier was very kind. The apartment has all the amenities it advertises, with good cleaning and operation. The location was excellent, close to any point in the city, there were shops nearby and it is also close to a main avenue, a shopping mall and a supermarket, 10/10. It also has its own garage and is a quiet and peaceful place to rest.

An excellent place, just like the presentation photos. A strategic area because there are squares 5 minutes and 10 minutes away from downtown. I liked it a lot, I would definitely come back.

It was my first time visiting the city and I’m so glad I was able to find the home for my stay. It exactly what I was looking for and made me feel at home and most importantly safe.

It's perfect for a weekend getaway as a couple, there are many activities to do in the building and even in the apartment itself, it's definitely better than what's mentioned in the description!
