Hi It was a really good experience, we felt very well there. It was relaxing to stay in the garden and have a rest inside ; for us it was perfect that is one football ,tennis,basketball pitch nearby. The grandma --even the people from neighborhood-- always had powers to give you one smile (welcome moussaka, cake and chocolate to my children too:)) greatly appreciate ). 100% recommend

We had a great time at the apartment. It is placed on the ground floor, which was great for my husband to not climb stairs with the tons of luggage we had. We were with a 4 years old toddler and 5 months baby. Our daughter loved the double floor bed and of course she slept on the upper one. The kitchen was fully equipped which helped us as we had to cook some of the days. The location is great as is 1 minute away from the sea shore where you can take a wall or have a dinner in one of the great restaurants around. Our communication with the host was one of the fastest and best so far we have experienced in the platform, he was responding within minutes. We would like to recommend the place to everyone who wants to visit Epanomi. I forgot one more thing, as originally we had to travel a at the beginning of Septembee but our baby got sick, the host give us the chance to change the dates for any other that would be convenient for us which was great from his side.😊

We had a very warm welcome from the host and she is super helpfull with every need. The place is very centraly located so you have all you need at walking distance. The best thing about the apartment is that it's only a few meters from the sea, so at night it's super relaxing to fall asleep listening to the waves.

The house was just what you needed to be close to the sea and the village to be served. The house is beautiful, clean, has a nice yard, quiet and you don't think you're disturbing if you're a lot of people. The host at all in all we needed was willing to help.

My family and I came to Villa Ihor for 2 weeks & couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thanos had asked us the names & sex of the children who were coming so that he could add some extras for them & did he do that! The thought he put into making everything perfect for our arrival was amazing! From children’s toys to blankets and even change pads, he really thought of everything! He communicated with us prior to our arrival many times to ensure that we were all set and had all of the information we needed, and he was there for our arrival as friendly and thoughtful as we expected him to be based on our communications ! Villa Ihor had everything that we could possibly need & the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person! There are many opportunities for shade in the backyard. The house is very close to the beach and to the main road passing through Agiokampos. The second floor has a nice big balcony with a view to the sea. The house interior is a bit outdated and some of the rooms need better lighting but still it is equipped well enough and has all you need for a nice family holiday. The most important part is the courtyard - it is huge and well maintained and suggests spending most of your time on the outside. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and to run around and there are several well-arranged cosy seating areas suitable for dining, having coffee or just spending your time on the outside. The place leaves the impression for a caring and industrious host. Excellent attitude and case on the part of the host!

Outside hosts and very friendly environment

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside, it was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

Great place in the center of Kallikratia. The parking spot is a big plus and also the fact that is one of the few places that accept bigger dogs like our golden retriever makes it a rare find. We would be back here for sure.

Very clean apartment and much more spacious than it looks in the photos. The host is friendly, hospitable and her apartment caters to your every need. The location is extremely peaceful and offers clean mountain air. The town itself is perfect for vacation, with a very welcoming atmosphere and extraordinary local cuisine. It is a good staging point for hikes into Mount Olympus or trips to the beach, which is a 15 minute car ride away from the premises. Would definitely recommend Evangelia's apartment to anyone looking for a disconnect from urban noise and overpriced tourist hotspots!

We stayed in this apartment for 4 weeks and really enjoyed it. The location of the apartment is excellent, especially for those who love spending time by the sea. The balcony offers a great view. The apartment has air conditioning, which is crucial during the summer. There is plenty of parking around the building, and we never had to search for a spot. A car is necessary for this area because the nearest supermarket is a few kilometers away, although it is also accessible by bus. The value for money is outstanding. Pavlos is very friendly, always responds quickly to any questions, and is always ready to help.

The apartment was very good and Nikos was an impeccable host. The area is quiet, but very close to the center of the small town where there are many restaurants and bars. The supermarket is a stone's throw away, generally we didn't miss anything. Highly recommended!
