Nifty two bed urban flat near leafy Park and City.

Flat is very near Newcastle city centre, only 1 min away from bus route to city which is only a 7 minute bus ride . From flat to Newcastle centre and central train station in cab would only cost £3.50 uber taxi Nice wood floors with simple decoration . Nice Ikea kitchen. Bath and shower. WiFi and TV . Is also on ground floor or street level. Also only 5 mins from saltwell park . Would be good for longer stays , as this is a flat for higher . With free parking . 🚭 no smoking . No events

We are retired professionals and the upstairs house is occupied by ourselves. The flat has its own independent entrance and parking is available for free. This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
