Great communication with Andrea who was friendly and kind. He allowed us an early check in but unfortunately our train was delayed so we couldn’t use it. Instructions were clear and the apartment is nice and clean in a really great location. We had a good stay and loved Parma.

NEW Spacious/Luminous [Centre+Terrace]

I have never slept in a fresher or cleaner Airbnb in all my years as a traveler. We were three people who slept here for two nights and it was absolutely perfect in every way. We arrived in Parma by train and took bus 23 from the station (very anonymous bus stops in Parma & you should wave 👋 to the bus!) and found the accommodation without any problems. All instructions were very clear and it was very easy to find the apartment and to unlock it. Fresh beds, sheets & towels. The apartment felt like we were the first to stay in it. We were going to a football match and it was walking distance to the epic stadium Ennio Tandini. I can recommend this accommodation with all my heart.

we had three wonderful days in the beautifully decorated apartment in Anna Maria's house. it is a place where you immediately feel at home. the garden was also great for the dog. in 10 minutes you are in Parma, or in the nice surrounding villages with nice restaurants. highly recommended and Anna Maria was a great host

What a beautiful and quiet location to stay. We were welcomed by Rosie. The apartment was very clean and Rosie had prepared water and beer in the fridge. This made us feel very welcome. If you want to visit Parma, this is the nicest place to stay!

An excellent location within walking distance of Parma’s many attractions and restaurants. Apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed and decorated. It was as described and shown in the photos. Tonin was an excellent host, communicated well, met us on arrival and responded almost immediately in person to a query regarding the electrics. The apartment could be somewhat noisy at night from street noise. Tobin’s apartment was an excellent place to stay.

Our host welcomed us with openhearted kindness, and with fresh eggs from his own happy chickens, which we saw roaming freely around the pond. The eggs were exquisite, a gift we truly cherished, and we gladly bought a dozen to take with us. Most importantly for us: it was 100% quiet at night, perfect for those seeking a peaceful, restful sleep. We were so excited about the place that we already made plans to return for a week to explore the area, or to stop by again on our way to vacation or a ferry. A haven for any traveler seeking rest, beauty, and inspiration.
