!! The price is reduced due to balcony restoration in Summer/early Fall 2025. Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) and a short sofa for one who is under 170cm tall. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & Sauna add luxury.

Excellent location in the idyllic park -like area just off the center traffic noise. Beach track and services nearby. The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. This large log house in the middle of the village of Lemis has all the services of Lemis within walking distance. The church, shop and restaurants/pubs are 200m from the house. The nearest swimming area is 100 meters away. The logs of the 120-year-old house exude atmosphere and history. The large terrace is great for cooking, dining and spending the evening. For cooking, the terrace has a large charcoal grill under the canopy and a gas grill for eating with a larger group.
