Saimaan rannalla olevassa modernissa mökissa pääset viettämään lomaa hienoissa puitteissa. Mökin suurista ikkunoista on näkymä Saimaalle. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja iso maisemaikkuna. Saunan yhteydessä on iso terassialue oleskeluun ja ruuanlaittoon (grilli ja savustin). Hyvät mahdollisuudet kalastukseen, marjastukseen, pyöräilyyn, golfiin, hiihtämiseen jne. Ympärivuoden käytössä oleva ulkoporeallas, soutuvene, 2 SUP lautaa ja 2 kajakkia ovat vapaasti vuokralaisten käytössä.

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Rauhallinen vanha asuinalue, jossa paljon pieniä puutaloja. Lapset tervetulleita. Lapsille löytyy syöttötuoli, matkasänky, potta ja leluja. Eläimet ovat tervetulleita. Sijainti EI OLE keskustassa. Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

Tässä keskellä Lemin kirkonkylää sijaitsevassa isossa hirsitalossa on kaikki Lemin palvelut kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Kirkko, kauppa ja ravintolat/pubit ovat 200m päässä talosta. Lähin uimapaikka on 100m päässä. 120v vanhan talon hirret huokuvat tunnelmaa ja historiaa. Isolla terassilla kelpaa nauttia ruoanlaitosta, ruokailusta ja illanvietosta.
