I loove the place!! Super appreciate the little details such as games, candle, YL diffuser, slippers, vanity kit, hand soaps. The overall look of the place is very cozy and homey. Will surely reco and would like to go back for sure!♥️

The place is great! Although the room is just on the second floor still, the location is best. We always stay at Tagaytay for every special occasion or if we just want to unwind. The place feels like home. It was neat and everything is almost complete. We didn't have any problem at all. The only downside staying here (not the host's fault) is the building itself as it doesn't have free parking. The free parking for the entire property including the other buildings are full especially it's weekend. We parked on the tower 5 for Php 400 (1night). Though it's expensive, I think it's great for our motorcycle's safety. Overall, I would love to stay again here! :)

I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! If you want to relax, chill and renew grabe pico is the best place. sobrang na enjoy ko ang stay namen. at napaka accomodating ng host namen sa mga need namen sa lahat ng amenities or gusto nameng gawin sa island.🥰 we will come back im sure and recommend to my friends and family. At ang isa pa sa nagustuhan ko is perfect ang kitchen, and the room for us napaka linis at complete equip at lakas ng Ac at my heater pa. Sobrang worth yung stay namen we will come back🥰

I love that the owner is very much accommodating and very hands on. The place is so private and is accessible to all your store needs. The place is very beautiful and clean.

Cozy and relaxing place. The host is very responsive. However, the AC in the bedroom makes a loud noise, but thankfully the AC in the dining area works well and its cool air reaches the bedroom. Overall, we highly recommend the place. P.s. Jan allowed us to extend our stay by an addtl 2hrs since we checked in late.

Our quick decision to extend our trip to Tagaytay after a stay in Liliw turned out to be a fantastic one, thanks to Bethel Home Rentals at Hotel Casiana! Booking was smooth and stress-free, which was a welcome change after some hiccups at our previous accommodation. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. While we didn't have the chance to fully utilize the available cookware, it was a nice amenity to know was there. The bathroom was also good sized. The pool was true to the listing, wonderfully heated. We enjoyed a relaxing dip in the evening without having to brave the Tagaytay chill. We also appreciated the straightforward pool rules – no unnecessary hoops to jump through, just common sense. Overall, Bethel Home Rentals, was a breath of fresh air. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and easy overnight stay.

This is our 2nd time at Sir Raymund's place. Because of its complete amenities, this has become our favorite place to stay at Tagaytay. Felt very homey.

Indeed, a home away from home. My hubby and I had the best relaxation by the balcony/terrace. I had the most fun playing classic Nintendo games (super mario, galaga, battle city, etc.) Our kids didn't even want to leave the place. They loved it there. They even left their own message for Sir Anjo.

From check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely seamless! Luis and Mei were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully prepared — we truly felt at home. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Josie’s place was perfect for our long weekend staycation. We were a group of 6 with a kid and a senior, and everyone felt comfortable. The place looked just like the photos, very clean and thoughtfully designed. It’s in a great spot too, close to the mall and easy to get around. Check-in was really easy with Josie’s clear guide. Would happily stay here again!

Stayed at Casa Calivil for the second time around. Mikha and Jeric, the hosts who became our friends and dear financial advisors, exerted effort to surprise us with a thoughtful gift. I was with my husband and daughter. We absolutely love the ambiance of the place that’s why we came back. It truly feels like a home away from home.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

The location of the home was the best for us; you can see the house from the golf course! The house is lovely, modern style, uses natural light, and has lots of artwork. It’s big for the kids to have activities and play, and has several common areas to gather together. Our host, Ina, was very responsive, accommodating and quick to resolve any issues. The caretakers Cora and Allan are accommodating and helpful. There are lots of electrical outlets around the house. Location is accessible to food delivery services. Tips: You have to take the stairs going down from the main door to the rooms and then another flight to the kitchen/ living space, so if anyone in the group has difficulty getting up and down stairs they will need assistance. The owners are renovating parts of the home, so best to check in with the host if you have any required amenities. There is no cellular service, in most areas of the house it is very weak (Globe), but they have Wifi with internet to connect to.

Very responsive and accomodating. The place is really in a safe location and has privacy. Im very satisfied with how Elmer trusted us as guest. His first priority is the satisfaction of the guest, unlike what i experienced prior to moving into his place. We a family of 6 who stayed in his place and all our relatives and friends who visited us during our vacation 💯 percent recommend Elmer as a host. We enjoyed our vacation.

The house is spacious, more than enough for our small family. Hosts Dustine and Kim are responsive to our queries. The caretaker, Mang Pangyong, was also accommodating whenever we have questions or concerns. The property doesn't have WiFi and there were minor issues but all good, we were able to manage. Overall, it was a great stay, the house is nostalgic, and we were able to host last minute visitors, relatives visiting town.

Our group of friends really enjoyed our stay.
