Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen, and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. (Tiny) house in the barn by the horse stables

The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Experience it for yourself with SISU Natuurlijk: it's wonderful coming home to the fireplace here.

The municipal monument tolhuis' n tol from 1830 is located on the edge of the Raalter center. You can now spend the night in this toll booth! The toll booth was completely renovated in 2019 and is energy neutral. Near the sports company Tijenraan where you can swim, tavern Tivoli and the motor museum. Adjacent cycling and hiking junction Salland… .. The Tolhuisje stands on the edge of the pleasant center of Raalte with plenty of hospitality and shopping options.
