The apartment is very spacious, enough space for 4 adults. The location is great, very quiet, close to the highway and thanks to the bikes, the city center is quickly accessible. It's a nice walk on foot. Washing machine was a big plus during our 2-week stay.

Pleasant living within the 1st ring

I spent a week with my one-year-old daughter in Kerstin's apartment to visit my mother in Minden. Staying with Kerstin was great! The apartment is very light-flooded by the small "conservatory", although it is a souterrain. It is very lovingly decorated and there is also a curtain to darken the sleeping area so you don't wake up in the morning by the sun. It was very clean and everything we needed was available. The location is very central, there is shopping right around the corner and it is very quiet. A small drawback was the path to the parking and down the steep stairs to the apartment. However, this only bothered me when loading and unloading the luggage, which was relatively much for me, as I was there with toddler. Unfortunately, I could not meet Kerstin in person, but she was very proactive in contact, tried to please me and is very friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Great flat, exactly as described, extremely close to public transport and very walkable area with lots of restaurants and bars close by. We and our two kids were very comfortable. Jannes was a great host. We‘d stay with him again any time without any hesitation.

The property and the whole property are soooo beautiful. A lot of attention to detail and our children (9+1.5) enjoyed the animals extremely well!!! There was also plenty of space in the apartment to spread out with Lego and could still find ways without stepping on it;-) We will definitely come back and book with Andrea!!!

We have had a very relaxing stay. Very nice host, fast and good communication and we were able to park directly at the house for a cheaper price than in the parking garage😉. Great location - the pedestrian zone and many restaurants are within walking distance. We'd love to come back😊. Thank you!

We spent a weekend in the apartment with three friends. The extremely clean apartment is noteworthy. Everything was available and wine, water and sweets were in the kitchen to welcome us. The many colorful pictures and the colorful decor make the apartment special.

I felt very comfortable and "at home" from the first moment. The apartment looked like the pictures. Communication with Anja was completely unproblematic before arrival and also during the stay and she was always available. I can recommend it without reservation. For a person seeking tranquility and relaxation, the ideal place. I will definitely go back to Bad Oeynhausen and book with Anja.

Very nice place, with terrace (this is still without furniture) and high quality equipment. Everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a few games available in the living area. Read in the description that this is a bed behind a curtain in the living room instead of in a separate room. But it wasn't a big deal. Good parking. Accommodation is definitely recommended.

This apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need and more. The peaceful surroundings along to the short distance to the city groceries and restaurants make it's perfect for you and your family good times. It's worth to mention that the windows has electric blinds canake completely dark rooms - a big advantage when traveling with small childrens during the summer. There is a lot to do around and very nice and calm hiking to do in the great NDS. we had a great time and fully recommended.

We booked this place for a family reunion (5 adults and 2 children) and were very pleased with our choice. From here you can take beautiful hikes and excursions. In the evening we could play games in the kitchen-living room at the large kitchen table. The WiFi was very fast and was used extensively. The surroundings are very attractive, we did not find any bike paths.

Absolutely great apartment, very clean, nice quiet location. Flexible check-in and friendly communication with the host. Definitely worth the price. Only drawback: the induction plates are difficult to use, they often go out with a pot on them, that was not really fun.

Everything was great! The place could be found right away, the check-in went smoothly, Günter visited me briefly on the first evening and gave me some helpful tips and instructions, he was very friendly, he was always easily accessible for questions as a host, the apartment corresponds to the information, everything looks like in the photos – in short: I was completely satisfied.

Peter's place was really very nice. Recommended for a relaxing vacation. Peter was always courteous and apologized for every little thing. He brought us muffins for Easter. He came every morning to clean the hot tub for us, which made us very happy. You can be very satisfied with the rooms, the upper rooms each have their own bathrooms, which is also very nice. The kitchen was very clean and many things were included. The place was very nice and recommended.

We had a really nice weekend at the apartment. It is well equipped, (especially of course the great bathroom with sauna and hot tub), practical and offers beautiful excursion destinations nearby. Dogs are allowed, which is another plus for us! We will be happy to come back!
