Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Franz & Margaret's Airbnb has everything you could want for a family vacation, plus the communication with both is incredibly pleasant and we don't even need to talk about the fantastic location ;) It was a very nice and relaxing start to the new year for us, which has become so beautiful not least because of your wonderfully managed Airbnb and your great farm. On behalf of all the families involved, I would like to thank you again, dear Eder family.

The little cottage is exactly as described. It has everything you need. The beds are super comfortable, everything was very clean. The location is very quiet and the beautiful Haslach can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. Anita is a very nice host, the communication was excellent and we were allowed to arrive - and leave very flexibly. The surroundings are magnificent and invite you to hike, cycle and swim. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back, maybe also for winter sports.

A modern building is presented, featuring multiple floors and balconies that overlook a snow-covered landscape. Large windows are visible throughout, allowing natural light to enter. The surrounding area includes minimal landscaping, enhancing the clean lines of the architecture against a cloudy sky.

Nice, relatively new place. The bathroom is very nice and sufficiently large. The apartment is really very small, but the balcony gives you no cramping feeling. The view over the Eidlauf pond is very nice. It's just minutes to the city. Filter coffee machine is available. I would prefer a capsule machine The pull-out sofa bed is fine. At my request, a swivel chair was brought to me. Thanks again for that! In Rohrbach and surroundings there are many nice people. Recommended: Burns, B34 and city cafe. Pizza at Jimmy. Tierpark in Altenfelden.
