From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

We look forward to welcoming you to our tiny house in the unique neighborhood of De Realiteit, where several special homes are the result of a design competition. The space is all yours and has everything you need. A double bed, bathroom and kitchenette (with combi microwave, induction hob and a mini fridge). There is also a terrace and you can park in front of the door. The area offers beautiful nature, you can walk to the water and you can easily travel to Amsterdam.

Our 3 floor house is a spacious, comfortable and very bright house surrounded by water, in the middle of nature reserve with lots of privacy. Get on the sup or in the canoe and enjoy the water, nature, wildlife and the wide view! There is plenty of work space with super fast Internet. The house is fully equipped. The famous shopping center Bataviastad is nearby, as well as downtown, theater and historical sites. By car you can reach Amsterdam within 40 minutes.

Hi, welcome! Do you like cooking, walking in the forest, cycling through the nature park, shopping in Batavia city, dining and boating by the water? You can certainly have fun here! Lelystad is centrally located and within 45-60min you are already in the most beautiful cities: Amsterdam, Amersfoort and Utrecht. The second bedroom will be made available at the request. Enjoy your stay and feel just as at home and at ease as I always do.

The tower is good isolated. The tower is near to woods, the IJssellake and not far from Amsterdam. The tower is situated on a quiet spot. Lelystad has a few good restaurants, musea and 'Bataviastad', an outlet shopping center. It is nice to have your own car or bike, because public transport is not nearby. The tower has a beautiful view on a pond and trees. It is suitable for singles, couples or a small family.

The renovated interior features a seating and workspace with infrared heating. A heated sanitary area is nearby. Guests can also use the shared garden room and the terrace by the pond – the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature.

You have the entire attic floor to yourself. So private, including use of coffee and tea facilities, use of refrigerator and possibly use of washing machine and dryer. Please discuss the latter. The bathroom and toilet are on the first floor and are shared. The place is suitable for couples, solo and business travelers.
