A beautiful granite cottage, in a stunning cliff top position above Gwynver beach perfect for a couple, with sea views towards Sennen and the Isles of Scilly. A wood burner heats the cottage so it stays cosy in winter. Footpath to the beach from the cottage door and across the cliffs to the Coast Path. It is a compact but comfortable space and the bathroom has a shower. I rent it out Saturday to Saturday, I will make brownies for you and one of my chilli relishes will be with eggs if my🐓 oblige.

There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

A 2 minute walk from Hayle train station which connects to St. Ives branch line, renowned for its picturesque views. The perfect cosy getaway for couples, the cottage features beautiful wooden features and high ceilings throughout creating for a unique, quiet and very relaxing space. You can even see the sea from upstairs!

The cottage is a charming space that has a warm homely feel, with underfloor heating. It is located just 20 minutes walk away from the heart of St Ives, away from the hustle and bustle. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
