What a beautiful place. Super spacious house, nice big bedrooms. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and the football table in the basement was a huge hit for our children aged 6 and 5. Also nice that there are items available for the beach. Views over the lake are fantastic and it is at walking distance to the beach. Recommended!

We loved Casa de Peniche. You will be living in an authentic piece of Peniche in a fishing district among the locals within walking distance of the sea. A nice house to stay with good beds, pillows and a nice shower. Contact with Willy went smoothly. We will definitely come back again.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this house and it was such a great home to be in for our first trip to Portugal. Can't recommend the house, town and surrounding area enough. Rolf was a superb host and we would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you

An incredibly cute cottage near the beach. Great kitchen to cook everything in, but also many restaurants nearby. Beautiful surroundings for hiking and surfing. Supermarket 100 meters away and with my rental car I could drive to Lisbon, Sintra and Porto etc. from this great place in the middle of the country on the coast. There was a quick response to all my messages and if I had a question or comment I got tips or help within a very short time. Always very friendly communication. Due to the shutters you can do in front of the windows, you won't be bothered by light or noise at night. Nearby are several large bins outside where you can take your garbage to. The bed slept well and the shower was fine! With two electric heaters (one downstairs and one upstairs) I could make it warm in the cottage and by the beginning of November that was more than enough and I only used the one in the living room (and especially to dry my laundry faster). I would go here again on vacation!

great house. Even better than the photos and description! The location is ideal: at the foot of the beach, restaurants and small shops, with a private parking space, which is not negligible in this very coveted resort during the day and very quiet in the evening. The house is spotless, absolutely perfect. Obviously, we recommend++++

The only thing I’d change would be the check-in and check-out hours. Seems a bit unfair when you pay this much to check-in only at 4pm but check-out before 10am! I would at least move the check-out to 12pm. Other than that it was a great place, luxury villa, awesome decor, amazing service and surroundings. Would definitely come back!

We just spent a month with our young family ( 1 and 3 years old) and this was the perfect home away from home. We truly didn't want to leave. It worked well for us being so close to the beach in a rural area where we could easily go for family walks/bike rides. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare all meals, despite no oven the air fryer was a great fill in. All of the beds and linen were very comfortable. The layout was perfect and despite being very rural there were two fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The nightly sunset views were stunning. There are a few maintenence pieces that need to be addressed but they didn't effect our overall stay and the hosting company was responsive to any of our needs.

Spectacular weekend. The house is well situated, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Foz, super quiet area. The house is very spacious and well-equipped. Luis is very friendly and has always proved available. We really liked the whole experience and no doubt we'll be back!

Accommodation faithful to the photos, well equipped, large, very well located (very close to Supertubos). I've rarely seen such a clean house when I arrived. We were very well received and oriented. Things to know: the accommodation is very well located in relation to the sea (especially for the Ripcurl Pro) but if you do not have a car it is an hour walk from Peniche where restaurants and supermarkets are located. There are many drivers nearby to take you there if needed, at a low cost.

Really cute place, 10 minutes walk to the castle. Highly recommend visiting Tomar it was so beautiful. Host is really sweet

The apartment was spacious, very clean and new with an amazing view. Pool is just outside the apartment and was clean and not busy at all bit we prefered to be on the beach which is just a short walk from the apartment. The area is beautiful and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of Peter's apartment.

Sofias house is the perfect place for a family to enjoy the beach at Foz. We stayed more than a month a loved it! Very well equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of space, high quality finishing and interior. 5 min drive to Foz beach with the amazing lagoon. Sailing school to rent hobie cats or kites right around the corner. The house is inside a gated community, so great for the kids to play outside in the street. Sofia is very caring and responsive! Perfect place for a quick stop for the night was a large group. It’s about a 5 min drive into Óbidos so not good if you want to walk but was great for us with the car. Also cute restaurant 5 min walk away

We loved our stay at Pedro's Airbnb! Everything was very clean, super comfy beds, fully equipped with everything you need and we loved the little terrace! Pedro was super friendly and helpful! We can recommend a 100%, especially considering the good price! We would have loved to stay longer!

We had a lovely stay here, beautiful surroundings and walking distance to a stunning beach. Kids loved the pool! House was spacious and very clean.

We were greeted by Francis who gave us a guided tour of the house and explained everything right. At check out, Dona Deolinda came to say goodbye to us and even gave a handmade Christmas gift to the kids. We were left a tray with some much-loved breakfast products! Everything was fine and according to expectations.

I stayed for a whole month at Manuel's place with my partner and my cat. We loved the clean, pretty and spacious apartment! It was located privately but also in the center, so you can get to all the fun parts quickly. The soccer field (grass), a ping pong table, volleyball net and a saltwater pool. Our cat felt at home from the start, she could explore a lot and meet other really gentle cats, who live close. And we enjoyed the calmness of the valley. No big streets, no big big companies. Only calm and peaceful little village. You can hear all the animals around. The goats were our favourite, especially the baby ones. So cute! The mini mercado is 5 min by foot and has everything you need in a place like that. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful place, maybe next time in a different apartment on the property! :) Thank you, for hosting us! Greetings!

Hosts Stephanie and Lucas were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. The place is quiet, clean, with good internet, close to the city center and with space for pets (we took a dog and two cats without any problem)... right at the door of the house there are several hiking trails and excellent restaurants in the city center (just 5 minutes by car). Ideal place to relax and for those with pets. The accommodation has a wood-burning stove (firewood provided by the hosts) and electric heating, making the space cozy even on the coldest days. A big thank you to the hosts for making this space available.
