In the winter (from October to March) you might be lucky to be here during a big wave swell and in the summer (April to October) you can enjoy our swimming pool. A 3 bedroom house with a perfect location. Even though it's not on the ocean side of the condominium, you can check the waves in Lagido from the kitchen, living room and the master bedroom. The balcony on the roadside is great for a relax at the end of the day, has it's hit by the sun until sunset. There is a sofa there for you to sit and read a book, with a cold drink at arm's length.

With two balconies and a good exposition, the flat is very pleasant, with a lot of light. It's also equipped, complete with TV set, washing machine and a fully fitted kitchen (oven, cooker, microwave, dishwasher) There are plenty of free or non-expensive parking space in nearby streets though we can also grant access to the underground parking.
