If you want tranquility and scenic surroundings, this cabin might be for you. Cozy cabin built in 2014, well maintained. Great hiking terrain both to the mountains and in the valley. Lots of berries and mushrooms, and plenty of birdlife. You can swim and fish in Røyrtjønna, a small lake just below the cabin, and also swim in Ranelva (5 min walk). About 20 min. drive to Sandnessjøen, 25 min. to Mosjøen, and 15 min. to the ferry connection Levang-Nesna. 7 min. from Toventunell. A great starting point for holidays and accommodation in Helgeland.

Laksebakken

The cabin is a nice starting point for salmon fishing in season, hiking in forests and fields or just quiet days. Spacious living room, two bedrooms and loft. Toilet room in outhouse with toilet and shower. Possibilities for salmon fishing in Leirelva in season. Approx. 2 km to Storvatnet. Here it is nice to paddle, swim and fish. Nice hiking opportunities along the road, in forests and fields or mountain peaks; both Klampen (720 m above sea level), Husfjellet (465 m above sea level), and Vågafjellet (315 m above sea level)

Det er gammelt tømmer hus som er over 100 år. Huset ble pusset opp i 2024. Huset har 2 etasjer. Nydelig utsikt over fjorden fra vinduet. Nok plass inne og ute. Fagervika er et landlig område som ligger ved utløpet av Ranfjorden. Huset har en stor terrasse med grillplats og utemøbler. I første etasje er det mulig 1 soveplass ved behov. Båt og fiske er mulig, men må bestilles på forhånd. Stor parkeringsplass, 2 tursti, båten til leie. Turområdet " Brunnesset i Fagervika" , tysk kystfort.

Cozy Rorbu / Cabin

Cozy waterfront house on the beautiful Helgeland coast. Rorbua is idyllically located in Leinesodden Marina. Rorbua is excellent for those interested in hiking as there are countless great opportunities for mountain hiking in the surrounding area, both in Leirfjord and Sandnessjøen area. There are also good chances to catch fish for dinner from the nearest rock or boat. It is a short drive if you want to experience Helgeland's beautiful archipelago via several free ferries.

Velkommen til Bodilbu! Bodilbu var i utgangspunktet min farfars snekkerbod da jeg var lita. Nå i dag er det ei unik og svært hyggelig hytte med plass til 2-3 pers. Muligheter for ekstraseng hvis ønskelig. Kjøkkenkrok, oppholdsrom med spiseplass og sofa, og sovekrok med familieseng. Bad med dusj, vask og toalett, varmekabler i gulv. WiFi, håndklær og sengetøy inkludert. Fri bruk av lysthuset som ligger like ved, der finnes det gassgrill og god plass til å tilberede måltider.

This place is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your visit. Close to the city center, boat/bus connections, hiking areas, shopping center, swimming pool, restaurant/cafe. You have to go up 2 stairs to get to this apartment, 1 staircase outside and 1 inside. There is free parking right outside the house. (1 car) This apartment is located in the city center, in the building next door there is a local pub Onkel Oskar. There is no dishwasher in the apartment.

Cabin in the immediate vicinity of the lake with stunning views of idyllic Sundøya. Sleeps up to 6 people. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 with access via ladder. Bedroom 3 is also on the ground floor. Window to be replaced, until further notice it cannot be closed completely in this room. Duvets, pillows, towels and bed linen included.

Opportunities for fishing in the immediate vicinity, boat rental can be done at Sjøbakken Camping, which is nearby. Berry picking, mountain hiking, mushroom picking in the "backyard"

Skogan

The house is a 100 years old timber house with good ceiling height. Good space, both and outdoor. Visiting farm as the closest neighbor. Nice base for excursions on southern Helgeland. The house is completely renovated on the outside and can be used throughout the year.
