Large house by the sea

Our house is located by the sea on the island of Løkta in Dønna municipality, which is part of Helgeland. It is located by itself without close neighbors. The house was completed in 2017, is spacious, warm and practical, and a good place to be. The kitchen is over 40 m2, and is separated from the living room, so you get two living rooms. It is only a few meters down to the shore, and many nice nature experiences in the nearby area with lake and jogging trails. We have an outdoor room, double garage with electric charger and a small football field. And lots of toys for the kids.

Mountain hiking, fishing, and tranquility in Helgeland

If you're looking for tranquility, wildlife, fishing, and scenic surroundings in Helgeland, this cabin is for you. Cabin built in 2014. Great hiking terrain both to the mountains and in the valley. Lots of berries and mushrooms, and abundant bird life. You can swim and fish in Røyrtjønna, small lake just below the cabin, also swim in the Ranelva (5 min walk). About 20 min drive to Sandnessjøen, 25 min to Mosjøen, and 15 min to the ferry association Levang-Nesna. 7 min from Toventunell. A great starting point for vacationing and accommodation in Helgeland.

The cabin is a nice starting point for salmon fishing in season, hiking in forests and fields or just quiet days. Spacious living room, two bedrooms and loft. Toilet room in outhouse with toilet and shower. Possibilities for salmon fishing in Leirelva in season. Approx. 2 km to Storvatnet. Here it is nice to paddle, swim and fish. Nice hiking opportunities along the road, in forests and fields or mountain peaks; both Klampen (720 m above sea level), Husfjellet (465 m above sea level), and Vågafjellet (315 m above sea level)

House for rent on the island of Løkta on the Helgeland coast. Here you can relax in rural surroundings. We have five ferry arrivals to and from Sandnessjøen. I registered the house with room for 6, but if you want to live a little cramped it is possible for 8 people to sleep in the house. The house is located 5 km from the ferry dock, and it is an excellent island to cycle around. We have about 1.2 miles of road around the island. The house is located on a farm, so there will be some noise from time to time.

Det er gammelt tømmer hus som er over 100 år. Huset ble pusset opp i 2024. Huset har 2 etasjer. Nydelig utsikt over fjorden fra vinduet. Nok plass inne og ute. Fagervika er et landlig område som ligger ved utløpet av Ranfjorden. Huset har en stor terrasse med grillplats og utemøbler. I første etasje er det mulig 1 soveplass ved behov. Båt og fiske er mulig, men må bestilles på forhånd. Stor parkeringsplass, 2 tursti, båten til leie. Turområdet " Brunnesset i Fagervika" , tysk kystfort.
