I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. The quiet room is located in an 85-sqm apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator and overlooking the private garden. It is only a 5-minute walk to Checkpoint Charlie, Friedrichstraße or the Jewish Museum. Museum Island and Alexanderplatz are within walking distance. Three U-Bahn [subway] stations are nearby and in front of the house is a bus stop in the direction of Neukölln and Charlottenburg. The ideal central location to get to know the city. We're often in our studio at the moment, so you can be undisturbed.

Sehr zentral gelegen, aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig, diese Wohnung ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort nach einem spannenden Tag in der Hauptstadt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Schlendern ein, und in 5-10 Gehminuten findet du die nächsten Cafés, Restaurants und Stöbergeschäfte. Zum REWE geht es direkt über die Straße (2min) und alles weitere (Bioläden etc.) findest du auf der Greifswalder Straße. Auch die S-Bahnstation Greifswalder Straße (Ring) ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt und die Tram sogar nur 3 min.

Dies ist meine geliebte Wohnung, in der ich normalerweise lebe, wenn ich nicht auf Reisen bin (das bin ich oft!). Eine ruhige Wohnung mit 2 Wohnräumen und einem Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne. Mehrere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür. U7 Yorckstraße, S1, S2 und S75. Ca 120qm Wohnfläche. Potsdamer Platz, Kudamm, Winterfeldplatz, Viktoria-Park und der belebte Bergmannstraßen-Kiez sind jeweils ca 1 km entfernt. Der große Park am Gleisddreieck grenzt direkt an das Haus.

Central underground line (U2), Metro-Bus- and Tram connections are easy to reach. Both airports as well as the central station are accessible quickly and comfortably. A supermarked, bakery store and late-night shop with bicycle rental are close. Best suitable for couples, adventurers and business guests.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Guest room in the heart of Berlin

The room has a size of 20 square meters and is part of a large three-room apartment in a residential building in the center of Berlin, built in 1900 and renovated a few years ago. It is furnished with parquet flooring, a large bed, table, desk, chairs, a wardrobe with mirror, piano, a 50 year old radio, wlan and television. The room is isolated from the other rooms of the apartment. A large, modern bathroom and a comfortable kitchen are to be shared.

Charming loft in the heart of Kreuzberg

Unser charmantes Loft erinnert an alte Zeiten von Westberlin. 200 qm, wie man sie heute kaum noch findet. Es liegt im Zentrum vom schönen Kreuzberg 61- Kiez. Das Loft ist im Hinterhof, so dass wir fernab des lauten Straßenlärms sind, doch wenn wir rausgehen sofort eintauchen können. Mein 13 jähriger Sohn Bruno und ich leben hier und freuen uns immer sehr auf internationalen Austausch und Gäste. Sprache: deutsch, englisch, italienisch, französisch
