The apartment is located in the trendy district of Plagwitz directly opposite the Westwerk. Several cultural facilities (cinema, Schaubühne Lindenfels, cotton spinning mill, rock cellar) and restaurants are located in the area. The Karl Heine Canal, which is almost by the house, invites you to relax.

In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with a separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.

The apartment is an old store, a former bakery, which has been converted into a living studio by various Leipzig painters and artists over the years. Conveniently located in Plagwitz, the old cotton mill with its countless art galleries, the Westwerk and Karl-Heine-Straße, with its wide range of restaurants and culinary delights, are all within walking distance. Unfortunately the oven door broke. The stovetops still work though!
