Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Leipsoi

This is our second time we have stayed here and we will be back to stay again. The accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated, maid service everyday and a great view of Tolendos. We didn't use the kitchen facilities as we ate out, but it is well stoked but basic with twin hob, cooking utensils,fridge and sink etc. Erasmia's husband Mike runs his own taxi so picked us up from the port and took us to our accommodation even though the ferry was at 12.30am. Great service from both. Thank you.

Irene was the perfect host, thank you for sharing your wonderful apartment. It is the perfect location on the top road with an easy decent to the restaurants in the evening, but away from all the road noise. Spectacular views and a the most wonderful hot shower. Hidden storage under the bench seats allow stowage of all the climbing gear! Thank you Irene!

Maria was amazing and Patmos was great. Unfortunately due to weather conditions our ferry to Patmos was delayed by an entire day but maria offered that we stay an extra day as a compensation but we had to go for another travel. She waited for us in the port and took us by car so we don’t carry our luggage. She is a wonderful human and a very kind Patmos person 🤗🤗 Also the place is fantastic. Suitable for a couple and quite.

Lovely peaceful and clean house with an increadiable sea view. The mini pool was our teen daughter’s favorite, she enjoyed a lot. We really loved and enjoyed the house. We went the island by our car so it was very easy to reach the house and discover all the beaches of the island. Otherwise it can be a bit difficult to walk the house on the top ıf you’re a bit lazy on holidays like us. But there is always solutions like taxis, rented cars and motorbikes.

I loved staying at Anna's place! It's quiet and peaceful with a beautiful courtyard under the shade of trees. The studio is in walking distance from bakery, restaurants, cafés, supermarket and fruit shop, and it's also not far from the ferry port and the center of Skala. Within a short and lovely walk of 15 minutes, you arrive at Menoi beach, which is located in a beautiful and tranquil bay with wonderful views. Anna and her father were incredibly warm-hearted, hospitable, and helpful. They picked me up from the ferry port at my arrival and also gave me lifts to Skala whenever I needed them. The studio itself has a very pleasant atmosphere, was spotlessly tidy and well-equipped, and has a nice balcony facing the courtyard.

Raphael's place was a perfect home base for our week-long climbing trip. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

The location was perfect for working on our boat at the nearby boatyard. One taverna within walking distance but because of being October the hours were limited. The apartment was extremely clean (which I appreciate)! Hrisa organized a car rental with her husband, he met us at the boatyard and drove us to the house. Very helpful and friendly family!! Very quiet at night with beautiful view of the bay during the day. We hope to stay again !

The studio is a beautiful cosy and cool space with everything I needed for a peaceful and relaxing week in Leros. Xenia is a warm, friendly and helpful host who lives next door. The views over Pandeli harbour from the windows and shaded terrace are unforgettable. The studio is simple but warmly decorated and furnished. An en-suite shower/ toilet and a basic but sufficient kitchen on the terrace. It was a home from home that was hard to leave and if I return to Leros I will definitely try to book it again. It suited me perfectly. Be aware that if you are tall or a couple the comfortable double bed is not huge. Single taller folk could sleep diagonally and there is a separate longer single bed/sofa. I am 5’8” or 172cm. Also, there is 5 minutes including steep steps down to the harbour if you are not so mobile. If you have a hire vehicle you could drive down. This studio is one of the favourite places I have stayed on any holiday. Very good memories and a few tears on leaving. Xx

Brand new place - was further away from town than expected, but perfect otherwise

No matter what I write about my experience, it will be a little bit. The house was impeccable, SPOTLESS, equipped with everything you might need on your vacation. I felt from the first few minutes like I was at home. Mrs. Chrysoula as well as her mother Mrs. Katerina who lived next door, made us feel like family and not like ordinary guests/customers. In Leros I was already 10 days before I stayed at the accommodation, I was already having a fantastic time because it is a great place, but in my last week I will remember it forever and that is what this stay is my fault. Thank you so much for everything, and I'll definitely see you again!

Very nice house, impeccable, very well-equipped, very comfortable bedding. Cleaning every 3 days. The terrace is superb, the garden is equipped with sun loungers and a small seawater pool, outdoor shower. Perfect place to relax. Very nice location on the island. Ourania is a really charming and very helpful person. She picked us up and took us back to the port. She provided us with provisions on the day of our arrival. We will most certainly return to this house during our next stay in Patmos. Thank you!

A wonderful experience. Back in Patmos after almost 30 years, Nina and Stavros made us feel as if nothing had changed. If you like it quiet, pastoral and gorgeous, Diakofti is the place to be. On one side of the istm, amazing sandy beaches, wild or organized, all in a 15 mns walk. On the other the quietest pebble beach in the island, nevermore than two or three persons in a 500 mts bay with amazing submarine life. The garden and wineyards are delightful to be for a day of rest at home. A real pleasure…

We had a wonderful stay. The house was off the beaten track and incredibly peaceful, with beautiful views. It had everything we needed, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location - close to both restaurants and mountains, perfect for climbers!

We absolutely adored Pippa’s house in the hill beyond Kampos. There is everything one could need in the house, a small kitchen, comfy bed, small shower and undulating views as far as the eye can see. The house is nestled into the landscape, and the terrace looks out to the sea — perfect views to enjoy with morning coffee. We found the locals generous and cheerful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for relaxation in quiet seclusion with the tinkle of goat bells in the air.

Emmanouil organised a taxi from the port which was a great help. The position of the apartment is fabulous, walking distance to all local amenities and the view was marvellous. The photographs do not do the beautiful garden justice and we spent some lovely evenings gazing out onto panteli bay from the various seats in the garden and surrounded by lots of lovely plants and vegetation. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the bed was large and comfy. We would not hesitate to recommend and if we come back to Leros would wish to stay here again. Thank you for a super stay.

Suzana is very kind and accomodative. We checked in at 2 am. She awoke to help us. we request paid late check out and she agreed. The downside is the location is not stroller friendly, but I think that's the case in most Patmos. The location is not very far from the center. You can find bakeries nearby and beach

The host kindly offered to pick us up in the middle of the night directly from the ferry. They're very accommodating people. From the large balcony of our studio with kitchenette, we had a beautiful sea view. There is an excellent bakery, a fruit shop and a grocery store within 500 meters. We recommend it!

Our host was absolutely delightful. She was flexible with check-in/check-out times, friendly and even gifted us some traditional Patmos cheese pies for Easter. The room was clean and beautiful, with a great view and a walkable distance to the Skala town square. Would definitely stay here again!

This airbnb is great. One minute walk from the beach (if that). Spotlessly clean. perfect for a couple. You can do basics for breakfast but not particularly set up for cooking - however given that there are several restaurants nearby there is no need to cook. The hosts own a nearby cafe and we used their deckchairs for one day (and next door). Perfect simple lunch and delicious doughnuts. Highly recommended. We walked up to Higgins bar on the clifftop for sunset drinks one night.
