Our daughter was graduating from Loch Haven University and we are from Michigan. We were bringing both grandmothers and at first all 3 of us had reservations at a hotel, each spending over $400 for 2 nights. I started looking at Airbnb's and found this one. It was less expensive to do it this way and 10000% better than any hotel we could have stayed at! The property is gorgeous. The home was immaculate and every single decoration adorable... it has everything you'd need... Missy and Mark were very responsive and gave restaurant recommendations as well as catering if anyone wanted to go that route. We got to see a bear cub!! My daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed catch and release trout fishing in the pond! We will definitely be doing a larger vacation here in the future! Would have given it more stars if possible!

We really enjoyed our stay at Deer Creek Cabin. Paul & Kathryn were great hosts and very responsive. The setting was so peaceful, with the cabin tucked in the woods. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch with our coffee every morning listening to the birds singing cheerfully, and the beautiful sounds of a creek bubbling over the rocks. The cabin was clean and felt like home, away from home. If you love nature, peace and quietness, this spot is for you.

Krista was such a great host. I can’t say enough kind words. We were visiting Snow Shoe for a family wedding and Krista’s house was the perfect accommodation for us. The house was super clean, well stocked, private, so comfortable, and felt like home. I highly recommend this house. Our family loved it. We will definitely be back.

Nikki and Jeremey are just wonderful host!! This was our 2nd return at their property and we’re already looking forward to our third for the year. There property is so wonderful and it’s like a second home to us. Wonderful and peaceful. Clean to max. Everything you need and if you forget anything 15 min drive to the local Walmart. Looking forward to next time. See you soon!

Carly is a great host. we booked last minute and she responded to my messages within minutes letting us be flexible on arrival. beautiful location, completely private, a huge stack of burnable pine next to fire pit for the family. river was high so access was limited but beautiful spot. place was clean comfortable had Verizon cell service and fast wifi with several smart TVs and air conditioning. really what we were looking for and more. thanks Carly

Extremely happy with the stay and host. Very few places during my stays are this well kept, go above expectations are well thought of. This is one of them. We were a large group with kids, few seniors and this home is much better than the photos. Very roomy, clean, very well managed and the kitchen is very well stocked - no need to carry any kind of silverware or utensils for groups of 25. On the activities, they have toys for lil one and several games in the paly area downstairs. WiFi worked well for us and I recommend all wheel drive vehicles if planning a visit in winter due to snow/icy conditions. Gregg went above and beyond to take care our group. Very grateful to the hosts and thanks again.
