Our house is a renovated house at a prime location. A few minutes walk to the the dunes, 5 minutes walk to the city center and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Located on a perfect spot in Zandvoort and surrounded by nature, this beautiful apartment is a perfect holiday home for family and friends. Cozy upper house close to the center and beach!

Atmospheric 1930s upper house with all the authentic 1930s details making it super atmospheric. There is morning sun on the balcony at the front for a delicious morning cup of coffee. And good coffee is assured by the Siemens built-in espresso machine. At the rear is a spacious roof terrace facing south west with sun to sunset. Delicious for closing the day with a bbq on the green egg and a wine on the lounge set.

We had a wonderful time at Katya and Michiel's house. The videos sent to us shortly before our departure, in which Katya described and explained the individual rooms and devices in detail, were ingenious and very helpful. The free parking in front of the house was no problem. We were able to accommodate our own bicycles very well and safely in the associated garden house. The house is very lovingly and comprehensively furnished. The quiet location was perfect for our bike tours, because you can reach destinations worth seeing in all directions directly from the house on beautiful bike paths (e. The Hague, Scheveningen, Katwijk, Leiden, flower route around Lisse, Delft). Rotterdam can be visited very easily by metro (The Hague – Rotterdam) (day ticket about €10), whereby we cycled to the metro station Voorburg 't Loo (about 4.5 km).

The house of René’s is much better than what in the pictures, which was designed and renovated with high quality and tast. I love the garden as well, with the beautiful rose and birds. Every morning you will be waken up by the nice birds singing. The location is easy for both pedestrians and for those with bike, auto or boat. René makes notes clearly. You would find all facilities easy to use. Next time if I go to Muiten I would definitely choose the same house.

Our family had a perfect stay. House was beautiful, close to the city by ferry, restaurants on the waterfront and we even got in a swim just 10mins walk from the house. Was great to be able to use the bikes too. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean with great showers.

My daughter and I stayed at Edith's place and it was just perfect. Haarlem is such a nice town and Edith's place is right in right in the central location, 5 min walk to the train station and just a few minutes to the heart of the city with restaurants, shopping, grocery stores. It is pretty ideal. The apartment itself is a beautiful Dutch home with living space, a bathroom and a porch on one floor and the bedrooms and another bath on the floor above. It is very clean and cozy and you feel right at home. Edith had some basic groceries and baked goods for us upon arrival, which is such a nice touch, and had good recommendations for coffee and dining. We loved watching the boats in the morning at Spaarne 66, a few minutes away. Haarlem is so nice and quiet, an ideal place to escape the business of Amsterdam. I highly recommend Edith's place.
