****NO CHILDREN BELOW AGE 12 DUE TO DEEP POND JUST OUTSIDE THE DOOR This is the original farmhouse on our 40-acre property. Recently, we updated the inside with modern amenities, while preserving much of the original charm. Note that there is a slightly uneven floor in the kitchen due to the age of the house, but the kitchen is otherwise modern. The house has a pond and water feature, and is super convenient to downtown (just 6.5 miles).
